1. Description The body and the superstructure will be made of aluminium 5083. The thickness of the keel insole is 8 mm, the bottom plate is 6 mm and the side plates of the body is 5 mm. The deck and deckhouse are 4 mm. The side decks will be approximately 40cm wide, in consultation with the design. Below the waterline the ship will be welded in a double manner. Two bulkheads will be constructed in the body. Frame spacing will be 35 cm. Finishing 2 ventilation holes in the engine room; 1x skeg 2x rudder and galand; 2 x propulsion-shaft tubes 2x exhaust pipes for the engines An integrated diesel tank. The vanderheijden yachts Exclusive Deluxe is characterised by the stylish superstructure, a hull with knuckle, flared bow with vertical bow shape and a slim-lined rear side of the ship. The rear side ends in a double curved stern with a large integrated swimming plateau. As a consequence the ship s behaviour in the water is outstanding, especially stability and comfort during sailing at high as well as at low speeds. This ship, with CE marking B, is pre-eminently suitable to sail all Dutch and European (coastal) waters. Enjoy your ship in style! The builder builder reserves the right to select good and light equipment for maximum performance.. 3. Deck equipment 3.1. RAILING A polished stainless steel railing with a diameter of 32 (quality 316) will be placed on the main deck, which will switch over in to two spiral staircases to the cockpit. 3.2. ANCHOR GEAR An electrical anchor winch with sufficient tractive power, suitable for both chain and line will be installed under a hatch under the foredeck. This winch will be suitable for an anchor of approx. 40 kg with a 5 meter chain of 10 mm. According to the standards of the shipyard, the latter will be coupled to a 25-metre long anchor line which at the end will be connected to the hull. The chain and

line will be guided by a plastic roller to the hawsepipe. 3.3. BOLLARDS The ship will be provided with stainless steel bollards with a diameter of 85 mm equipped with a pen. The bitts will be divided as follows: 2x2 bollards on the prow 2x1 bollard a midships 2x1 bollards on the swimming platform All are bolted and provided with a stainless steel protective plate and strip. 3.4. RADAR BRACKET On the rear side, on top of the deckhouse an aluminium radar mast will be installed. The following equipment will be installed on the radar mast: Navigation illumination Air horn Various antennas Radar brand Simrad/Raymarine Electrical floodlight 3.5. DECK FURNITURE On the aft deck a bench will be integrated in the permanent bulwarks on the cockpitdeck with teak covers on top. Storage space will be available in the bench. 3.6. HATCHES The following hatches will be placed: 2x engine hatch in the cockpit deck with gasstruts 1x acces hatch in the cockpit deck with gasstruts 4x teak hatch in the cockpit bench 1x hatch in the foredeck for access to the anchor arrangement 3x aluminium hatches on the coachroof, of which one will serve as escape hatch 3.7. BULWARKS The entire afterdeck (gangways and afterdeck) will be provided with continuous bulwarks. 4. Propulsion The ship will be provided with a double propulsion installation. 4.1. ENGINES THE STANDARD ENGINES ARE TWO 575HP AND PROVIDED WITH THE FOLLOWING APPENDAGES: Heat exchanger Outboard water pump Inter-cooling water system with circulation pump Thermostat Lubricant filter Fuel pump Fuel filter

4.2. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CONSISTS OF: 24 VOLT STARTING ENGINE 24 Volt/60 Amps dynamo Revolution and hour counter Volt meter Acoustic alarm Engine control (reverse gear and revolutions) takes place by means of electrical handles on the dashboard. shafts. The shaft installation is provided with an integrated thrust bearing. 4.5. PROPELLER Two bronze 5-bladed propellers with a diameter of 660 mm will conjointly be installed on the propeller shafts. Size and type in consultation with the manufacturer. 4.6. EXHAUST 4.3. REVERSE GEAR Two gearboxes, type ZF280A, with a ratio of 1 : 2,476 will be bolted directly to the engines. The gearboxes will have opposite turning directions. Main engines: water cooled stainless steel exhaust pipes with a sufficient diameter will be installed to the main engines. A water lock, located in the engine room, will be placed between the exhaust pipe and the engine. 4.4. PROPELLER SHAFT The propeller shafts are oil lubricated and have a diameter of 50 mm. The shafts will be coupled to the gearboxes with cardan

5. Control In a standard manner, control of the ship will be executed in a manual-hydraulic manner by means of a plunger pump and will be operated from the control position. The installation consists of the following components: two balanced rudders with steel rudderstock with a diameter of 45 mm. two rudder trunks equipped with bronze bearings with lubrication grooves and sealing. a hydraulic control machine, complete with coupling, relay and copper pipes with a diameter of 10 mm. The whole will be placed on a thereto designated foundation. 6. Systems 6.1. FUEL SYSTEM The fuel tank constitutes part of the Construction. The tank will accurately be cleaned and pressured. A float will be placed in the tank for the benefit of the level meter; extra water separators with sufficient capacity will be placed between the main engine and the tank. The fuel pipes will be executed in copper and the system will be provided with the necessary valves which can be operated remotely. 6.2. COOLING WATER SYSTEM The engine will be provided with: a heat exchanger an oil cooler a circulation pump an outboard water pump The outboard inlet will be provided with a Mud box of which the cover will be placed Above the waterline and which can be locked By means of a balvalve. 6.3. BILGE SUCTION AND DECK WASHING SYSTEM The fore peak, used as chain locker, will be provided with a small drain pipe which extends into the bow thruster pipe. The engine room and accommodation area will be bilged by means of two bilge suction pumps placed in the bilge. 6.4. FRESH WATER SYSTEM The capacity of the Fresh water system will be approximately 900 litres. The fresh water tank, made of polyethylene, will be placed under the salon floor and will be sufficiently insulated if necessary. A hydrophore will be placed in the engine room, which will take care of the water pressure system. The pipes and couplings will be executed in

accordance with the standards of the shipyard. Warm water will be provided by the central heating boiler. The system includes mixing taps at all tapping points of the kitchen, washing basins and shower/bath rooms and will be provided with the necessary filling and ventilation pipes. 6.5. WASTE WATER SYSTEM The capacity of the waste water system will be approximately 400L. The drains from the kitchen, washing basins and showers will drain directly overboard. The toilets will drain directly to the waste water tank, which will have sufficient capacity. The toilets in the guest bathroom and the master bathroom are electronically and will be rinsed with clean fresh water. Draining of the showers will be by means of an electronic extender pump with a capacity of 20 litre/min. 7. Auxiliary tools 7.1. GENERATOR A water cooled diesel generator set of brand Onan will Be installed in the engine room. The Generator set will be installed in a flexiblemanner on a foundation and will be provided with a soundproof box. The whole installation (see schematic overview on the next page) will completely be installed and connected. The exhaust is watercooled and will consist of a water separator and hose, delivered by the generator supplier, and will be connected to a separate outlet through the hull. 7.2. HYDRAULICS SEE CHAPTER 5. The heating of the ship will take place by means of an oil burning 220 Volt central heating installation of a brand in accordance with the standards of the shipyard. The entire ship will be provided with floorheating.. Radiators are installed at the following locations: One behind the salon couch One designer radiator in each bathrooms The whole ship is fitted with floorheating. The heating can be controlled by means of a central thermostat in the salon. 7.3. HEATING

7.4. VENTILATION The engine room will be ventilated in a natural manner. To this end, ventilation grooves are placed in the deckhouse on starboardside as well as on portside. These which will be connected to the engine room by means of channels. The guest and owner cabin will be ventilated in a natural manner by means of the deck hatches. 7.5. BOW THRUSTER In a standard manner a 90 kgf electrical bow thruster of the brand CUPA will be installed. 7.6. STERN THRUSTER In a standard manner a 90 kgf electrical stern thruster of the brand CUPA will be installed. The stern thruster pipe will be integrated under the swimming platform to the stern. 8. Insulation 8.1. THERMAL INSULATION The entire ship above the waterline will be insulated with isolation foam (PUR). 8.2. ACOUSTIC INSULATION The engine with the flanged reverse gear will be arranged in a flexible manner. The salon floor will be covered with noise absorbing material These measures prevents a transmission of sound of the engine to the construction as much as possible. 9. Electrical installation 9.1. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM The ship will be equiped with a 24 Volt and 220 Volt electrical installation, where possible, placed on cable carriers. The electrical system will be constructed as follows: 24 Volt starting system for the engine 220 Volt shore power system for board use general services A switch box will be installed at the hall to the rear cabin in which the necessary automatic safety fuses and earth leakage circuit breakers will be placed for the 12, 24 and 220 Volt groups. A full automatic switch for the 220 Volt system will be placed in the switch box. The latter will switch the following functions with the subsequent priority: 1. generator operation 2. shore connection 3. converter In the shore connection or generator Position, all the 220 Volt equipment and illumination groups will be available. In the converter position, all heavy groups will

be out of operation. The light groups like illumination, socket outlets and radio will remain operational. The 220 Volt shore connection will be placed at the rear side of the ship. 9.2. SHORE CONNECTION One shore connection (starboard) at the Rear bulwarks, stainless steel, incl. 1 x 15- metre cable. 9.3. CONVERTER/BATTERIE CHARGER A Victon 24/5000/120 will be installed. 9.4. BATTERIES A total of 6 batteries (maintenance free) will Be installed, each of 12 Volt 130 Ah. These will be divided in a series switch in such manner that a starting battery for the engine of 24 Volt 200 Ah is created as well as 200 Ah for the prow propeller and a peak capacity of 200 Amp. for the starting batteries. The generator will have its own power supply. All batteries will be placed in the engine room. Charging of the batteries will take place by means of dynamos, generator with battery charger or shore power supply with battery charger. 10. Electrical installation The ship will be equipped with the following fittings, wall sockets and so forth. Owners cabin forward: 6 LED lights with alternating switch 2 bed lights 2 wall socket Owner bathroom: 2 LED lights Guest cabin starboard: 2 LED lights 2 bed lights 1 wall socket Guest cabin portside: 2 LED lights 2 bed lights 1 wall socket Guest bathroom: 2 LED light Galley: neon cove lighting 2 wall sockets 220V with EL Salon: 8 LED lights 2 wall sockets 220V 1 TV connection 1 radio connection Cove lighting Engine room: 2 water-tight neon lights 2 wall sockets water resistant 220V All wall sockets will be provided with earth limb. 11. Navigation and communication system The ship will be equipped with the following navigation and communication means:

navigation illumination: o starboard light (green) o port light (red) o rear light (white) o top light (white) o anchor light (white) All in accordance with the standards of the shipyard. Control position: o depth gauge o speedometer/distance meter o rudder position indicator o necessary content meters of the tanks o instrument panel supplied by Iveco o G.P.S. o Vhf marine telefoon o plotter 12. Dashboard The dashboard will be arranged as follows: 1 double engine control 1 wheel diameter 65 wood, Stazo 1 switch panel navigation illumination anchor light horn 3x windscreen wipers, Exalto panel (run synchronously) navigation equipment various pumps The arrangement of the dashboard will take place in consultation with the customer. 13. Panelling 13.1. PANELLING OF THE INTERIOR the standard requirements of the shipyard. Locks and hinges will be of a sound quality (stainless steel) and will be executed in accordance with the standards of the shipyard. The accommodation will be panelled as depicted on the accompanying set-up drawing included in the attachment. 13.2. PANELLING OF THE EXTERIOR The entire maindeck, foredeck, cockpit deck and swimming platform will be covered with a composite decking system to reduce weight according to the standards of the shipyard. 13.3. HOME APPLIANCES The ship will be delivered with the following home appliances in accordance with the standards of the shipyard: The finishing of the interior for partitions, cabinets, beds and so forth will be executed in teak or cherry, in accordance with 1x ceramic hot plate 1x refrigerator (wheelhouse)

1x cooker hood dishwasher Washer/dryer combi 1x combi-microwave In consultation with the customer/shipyard a substitute brand is possible, if technically feasible and/or of the same price/quality. 13.4. Stereo system 1 Dolby surround set with DVDplayer 1 x TV (TFT) screen 13.5. Soft furnishing The soft furnishing will be at the discretion of the customer. Standard the ceiling plates will be furnished with skai off-white. The budget for soft-furnishing is 11.640 ex. V.A.T. This refers to carpets, cushions, Mattresses, curtains etc. 13.6. WINDOWS AND PORTHOLES All windows in the superstructure will be made of hardened double security glass and will be glued in the construction. The glass used will be tinted grey. The portholes will be made of 6 mm security glass and will be glued into the construction. 13.7. ESCAPE HATCHES An escape hatch will be installed above the forward cabin; the escape hatch can be opened from the inside and will be installed in an aluminium frame of 500x500 mm. 13.8. Equipment The ship will be equipped with the following: 6 fenders in the colour dark-blue with a diameter of 30 cm (per fender a 2-metre line) 4 mooring lines of approx. 10 metres a piece 1x national flag with flagstaff 3 fire extinguishers of 1 kg a piece 1x automatic fire extinguishing system for the engine room. 14. Paint system and conservation 16. Delivery The ship will be treated as follows: Underwater hull 3 layers of epoxy primer 1 layer of Anti-Fouling (colour to customers choice) Above the waterline 1 layer of Primer 2 x filling with epoxy filler 2 x finishing with finishing filler Spray in 545 primer Spray in Awl-grip, colour white 1 x piping near the waterline Insides of the ship 1 x universal primer Interior 3 layers of silky gloss finish lacquering The floor and non-visible parts will be treated with finishing lacquer. Between layers, surfaces will be cleaned and sanded. 15. Anodes For the protection of the underwater ship and the propellers 10 pieces of aluminium anodes will be placed against the bottom. 16.1. DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS This will be in accordance with the agreement. 16.2. MANUAL Upon delivery a manual will be provided containing all the technical information and user instructions of equipment or appliances installed aboard. 16.3. WARRANTY Following receipt and signature of the receipt protocol, the warranty period of 1 year will commence. The warranty will cover defective components and/or equipment. 16.4. Receipt protocol During the shakedown cruise all the required tests will take place, After the tests, the approval of the principal a receipt protocol will be signed. Then the warranty period will subsequently commence.
