Freight elevator access must be maintained at all times for non-stage-related deliveries and pickups. STAGE LEFT DIRECTLY OFF THE ESPLANADE INTO THE STAGE DOOR LOBBY One - level loading. Doors are 6-8 high by 4-8 wide; dock opens into the stage door lobby. There is elevator access off the lobby to the second floor dressing rooms and wardrobe and lower level musicians lounge and pit. Access to stage left and the rehearsal hall by standard double doors. Forklift available in house. PARKING: There is no parking available at the Centre for any vehicles. There is a large, municipally owned parking lot on the Esplanade across from the Centre. This lot does not accommodate either buses or trucks. The Centre is located in the downtown core in a mixed commercial residential area just off the Gardiner Expressway. The streets on the west and north sides of the building are major traffic arteries into the city and to the expressways. Streets on the east and south sides, both of which access loading docks, are narrow with heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic. City bus routes run along the north and east side streets adjacent to the Centre. Off site parking must be arranged for all trucks and buses once unloaded. 3
