VITMAX lifts utilise slow-speed lift technology (driving speed <=0,15 m/s). These elevators are covered by the new Machinery Directive 2010 legislation. Passenger elevator VITMAX K Finished with cabin on platform Our VITMAX platform lifts offer optimum comfort, economic efficiency and innovative design. Based on individual requirements the VITMAX is offered in 4 different finishes: VITMAX P Finished with circumferential safety edges on platform (no cabin); For the installation of the VITMAX passenger elevator no engine room and no shaft pit are necessary. In the upper landing station standard room height suffices to accommodate the lift structure. The cabin walls are fabricated according to customer requirements (All RAL-colours/stainless steel/wood, etc.) Large-scale flush mounted control buttons As standard the cabin floor is made of anti-skid synthetic material. Alternative materials can be used to suit customer requirements (e.g. wood, tiles, etc.). VITMAX K Finished with cabin and light curtain security, instead of cabin door; VITMAX KS Finished with a cabin and a telescopic sliding door; VITMAX KF Finished with a cabin and an automatic folding door. At the touch of just one button, you are transported to the desired floor. Variants of the cabin doors - Automatic cabin folding door combined with standard shaft doors. - Automatic telescopic sliding doors for cabin and shaft. As standard we offer the VIT- MAX with powder coated surface treatment. Retrofitting access in most situations is possible. The installation of a VITMAX lift is also possible with extremely reduced space availability thanks to our unique lift technology. No seperate engine room is necessary. No shaft pit or excessive headroom clearance is necessary. Only minimal construction work to be carried out on installation site. Excellent driving comfort with minimal noise and vibration levels. The VITMAX advantages: Passenger elevator VITMAX P Finished with platform The VITMAX P lift platform is finished with safety sensor bars all around the platform, these automatically stop the lift when in contact with other objects. This in combination with an extremely space-saving design ensures a maximum utilisation of space in a confined area. Whether a brick, glass, aluminium or wooden shaft is desired; or whether indoor or outdoor; for each situation we can provide the best solution. Thanks to the WEIGL in-house planning and production we can accomodate to your special requirements. Silent operation with frequency controlled drive and a soft start and stop in the landing stations All safety features are equipped with TÜV-certified elevator components. The VITMAX lift is TÜV - certified based on the latest European regulations. Key switches on each landing stations prevent unauthorized use. For the VITMAX platform to stop exactly on floor level, only a 10 cm deep pit below the platform surface has to be provided. With the use of a small ramp the floor surface can also remain level. If there is no space for the retrofitting of the lift inside the house, the VITMAX can also be installed outdoors along the house walls. Our VITMAX lift system makes it easy to combine 2 or more floors in your building. Please contact us if you wish to visit reference installations sites. Retrofitted masoned lift shaft with heat insolation This is made possible due to the weather-proof elevator components incorporated in the VITMAX lift system. Due to the possible variations of the shaft finish, and the combined use of colours and light, the lift perfectly integrates into the overall appearance of the building. In this way the architectual value of the building can be preserved or additional design aspects can be incorporated.
