KMS The CIDAN folding machine model KMS is manufactured in a sturdy all-welded steel construction and as a standard feature both the folding and clamping have dual-side drives. A strong eccentric that eliminates wear and tear moves the clamping and gives the best possible opening and closing speeds. KMS is delivered with the CNC-control BasicLink. KMS CONTROL SYSTEM BASICLINK Basic Link is a very easy control system with a limited number of functions. The Line by Line programming is done via touch screen with clear symbols for normal folding or hemming mode. Folding parameters can easily be changed. BasicLink has the possibility to store 99 programs with 99 steps. In every program step angle, gauge dimension, opening height and hem functions can be stored. Other functions are parts counter, clock and operation information for the operator. BACK GAUGES BBG This back gauge is only for model KMS and it is designed to position and support the sheet when folding. The back gauge fingers are made of turnable spring steel to be able to position down to 2 mm and the tools are completely smooth without indentations to enable folding without leaving marks on the sheet. Working depth 2 760 mm (.080" 29.92") 8 stop units in back gauge (for a 3100 mm (122") working length) The back gauge speed is 100 mm(3.94")/second 5

K15 CIDAN folding machine model K15 is extremely quick and easy to use, built in a sturdy all-welded construction with cast iron legs and side frames. The K15 is built for continuous running under the most demanding conditions. The machine is adapted for all types of folding of thinner materials. An eccentric that minimizes wear and gives the best possible opening and closing speeds drives the clamping. The eccentric also gives the best possible clamping pressure. The clamping opens as the folding returns so that they are positioned for the next step simultaneously to save time. K25 CIDAN folding machine model K25 is a fast and easy to use machine made in a sturdy all-welded steel construction with cast iron side frames for stability. The K25 is built for continuous running under the most demanding conditions. This machine covers a wide range of different usage areas and is for example appropriate for the manufacturing industry, repair workshops, sheet-metal shops, roofing and sign manufacturers. Both the folding and the clamping have twin drives. As a standard feature the machine is supplied with a CNC-control and as option various motorized back gauges. K25 can also be equipped with our unique Combi clamping. The Combi clamping with automatic locking makes it possible to change tools in less than 10 seconds. Tool changes are programmed directly in the control, and thus the tool change is made automatically. An eccentric drive that minimizes wear and gives the best possible opening and closing speeds drives the clamping. This also gives the best possible clamping pressure of 13 tons (14US). The clamping opens as the folding returns so they are positioned for the next step simultaneously to save operative time. FUTURA The CIDAN folding machine FUTURA has a revolutionary design and modern look. Our decades of experience are reflected in both the technology and design. The machine is efficient at folding a wide array of parts with a high demand on precision and rapid adjustments to small lot sizes or single part production. The FUTURA is incredibly flexible in its design and is adapted for production of complex parts with high precision and productivity. The combination of an eccentric tha drives the clamping with 30 tons (33US) clamping pressure and dual motors for the folding makes the FUTURA the perfect machine for industrial manufacturing. The Futura is prepared for box tools from 125 mm (4.9 ) up to 200 mm ( 7.9 ) height. Change of tool height does not require any machine change. The FUTURA may also be provided with the Multifold tooling system, i.e. with divided tools in lower and folding s. The multifold system can be combined with a height adjustable back gauge perfect for gauging reverse Z flanges on the back gauge. In this way all 3 s will hold divided tooling, making it possible to fold very complicated profiles. FUTURA PLUS The FUTURA PLUS is a motorized folding machine with the maximum capacity of 3.0 mm (11 ga.) (applies on 3100 mm (122 ) folding length). The FUTURA PLUS stands for strength, speed, flexibility and operational comfort. The combination of the ProLink control system, motorized back gauge and operation via foot switch makes it possible for one person to fold parts up to 4100 mm (161 ). Our decades of experience are reflected in both its technology and its design. This machine is efficient at folding large parts in high quantities with precision and it is possible to make rapid adjustments to set up for single part production. The combination of an eccentric that drives the clamping with 30 tons (33US) clamping pressure dual motors for the folding makes the FUTURA Plus the perfect machine for industrial manufacturing. The clamping opens as the folding returns so that they are positioned for the next step simultaneously. With the crowning system, it is possible to make exact bends with high precision and a precise folding radius. The FUTURA Plus may also be provided with the Multifold tooling system, i.e. with divided tools in lower and folding s. The Multifold system can be combined with height adjustable back gauge perfect for gauging reverse flanges on the back gauge. In this way all 3 s will hold divided tooling, making it possible to fold very complicated profiles. PROLINO The advantage of the PROLINO is that it can fold complex profiles and large panels with high precision, increased flexibility and productivity. The PROLINO shows significant improvements in profitability compared to a press brake. The combination of an eccentric that drives the clamping with 50 tons (55US) clamping pressure and dual drive for the folding makes the machine perfect for industrial manufacturing. The clamping opens as the folding returns so that they are positioned for the next step simultaneously. With the crowning system it is possible to make exact bends with high precision and a precise folding radius. The PROLINO can be prepared for tools up to 254 mm (10 ) high. Change of tool height does not require any machine change. The PROLINO may also be provided with the Multifold tooling system, i.e. with divided tools in lower and folding s. The multifold system can be combined with a height adjustable back gauge, perfect for gauging reverse Z flanges on the back gauge. PRO The PRO is our most versatile machine with many features as standard. With the integrated back gauge it is possible to use the machine from the front for complex parts. Heavier material and larger parts can be handled from the back of the machine to improve work ergonomics and increase the quality. It is possible to replace two operators with one and still produce parts up to four times faster and with better accuracy compared to a press brake. Dual drive of clamping gives incredible speed and accuracy. The servo drive also increases hemming capacity to 50 tons (55US). OPTIONS SQUARING ARM Makes positioning of large and narrow parts easier. Available in two lengths 1500mm and 3000mm for left and/or right hand side. (59") and 3 meter (118"). BALL TRANSFERS Facilitates positioning of large parts and reduces the risk of scratching the material. Ball transfers are included as standard on SBG back gauge MOVEABLE FOOT SWITCH ON RAIL Simplifies movement of the foot switch. Appropriate when folding is done on several places along the working width of the machine. Especially recommended if the machine is equipped with Multifold. Also, great safety feature when bolted to the floor. When operator engages foot pedal, they are away from the upcoming folding. TOOL CART For storage of divided tools. Decreases the risk of damages on the tools and facilitates tool changes for the operator. It is possible to store divided rails on the cart and there is room for hand tools for the operators and machine instructions. The cart is equipped with lockable wheels and pull handles. Especially recommended if the machine is equipped with Multifold. LASER SAFETY SCANNER When operating from the front, the scanner protects in two zones since it allows different opening heights depending on where the operator is. When operating from the rear of machine, the machine automatically stops it a person moves in to the safety area in front of the machine. 13

For models: KMS, K25, Futura, Futura Plus, Prolino, Pro, Megapro CROWNING Crowning is an important feature to obtain a perfectly folded part; therefore all of our machines are equipped with crowning. If the material is thick or thin, soft aluminum or hard stainless steel, short or long or if they should be folded in the middle of the machine or to the side, the results are always straight and correct. The first advantage you will realize is how extremely easy and fast tools can be changed. You will also notice the generous space around the tools. When folding large parts from the back of the machine, you will have an abundance of free space behind the clamping and tools. A complete set of divided upper tooling for the Combi is included, with various shapes and heights as option (model dependent). Mechanical locking of the Combi and a mechanical tooling lock makes it exceptionally easy to change tools. The Combi offers flexibility like no other tooling system, appropriate when folding all types of parts. The tool change is programmed in the control system. When it is time to change tools the upper will automatically raise to its maximum height and the automatic rotation maneuver is done via the operator's foot pedal. BACK GAUGES J-SHAPE BACK GAUGE TABLE For large details like panels, doors and cabinets,we recommend J-shaped or u shaped back gaugetables. The operator can choose to stand in front or back of the machine, depending on size of the parts being folded. Even 3 and 4 meter large parts can easily be folded by one single operator. When operating from the back, the operator swings back the control system screen and runs the machine with a foot pedal at the back. Our back gauge system can be supplied with height adjustable tables. This is perfect for gauging reverse z-flanges on the back gauge. Height adjustable back gauge requires multifold execution. CONTROL SYSTEM EASYLINK EasyLink is a complete and user-friendly control system, fast and easy to program. EasyLink has the possibility to store 1000 programs with 99 steps. In every program step angle, gauge dimension, opening height, clamping pressure and hem pressure can be programmed. Some of the possibilities available with EasyLink are copying programs, incremental dimensioning, and radius folding. From the touch screen the operator gets clear messages about the programming and operation. The Combi can be fully integrated into this control. The touch screen panel is mounted on a rotating bracket, so that the operator can easily adjust the screen to the situation. 18

CONTROL SYSTEM PROLINK With our exclusive ProLink CNC control-system with touch screen the possibilities are unlimited. Find an icon in the library: adjust dimensions and angles and the part that you programmed is what you get! Because of its ease of use, an unskilled operator can produce perfect details efficiently and safely. The control system with its simple functions is very easy to understand and learn. Interactive graphic pictures are shown to the operator with instructions like rotate or flip the part- a condition to correctly be able to produce complicated details. In the control memory you can store a large amount of programs and you can also store programs on a memory stick as well. Every program can be saved with a graphical icon, with name and information. The ProLink calculates cut of size and automatically creates a program. The finished part is shown with its actual folding sequence. The touch screen is mounted on a pedant arm that can be rotated for optimal viewing. It is also possible to turn the screen to the back side of the machine when folding large details. If you are programming in the office you can use the offline-software on the computer. 19
