This system gives you the ability to quickly change cassettes in order to accomplish multiple tasks on the course with the least amount of equipment. With a set of Multi-Green Units installed, an operator can easily perform at least three tasks without the use of tools or returning to the maintenance facility for adjustment. For example first, light aeration is done with the Spiker Roller. Once sand and seed are distributed on to the green, the Vibrating Roller can be installed to gently vibrate the sand and seed into the holes created by the Spiker Roller. Then a set of Nylon Brush cassettes are used to pick up excess sand and prepare the green for play. Spike Aeration, Vibration and Brush Sweep were all done with one tractor, one set of units and three sets of interchangeable cassettes 36

Multi-Green Cassettes All Multi-Green Cassettes are interchangeable without the use of tools in any Multi-Green chassis. Verticutting Standard with 36 fan force tungsten carbide tipped blades. Deep Scarifing Standard with 13 tungsten carbide tipped blades and ventilated spacers. Working depth up to 3/8". Nylon Brush 2" Nylon bristles used to brush top dressing, sand, remove leaves and debris for a clean result. Slitter For easy and fast top aerating of the green. Allows fertilizer, chemicals and water to quickly penetrate in the green. The Unique Vibratory Roller System The Vibrating Roller Cassette installs without tools just like the other cassettes. When the hydraulic reelmotors are started, the rotating balance axle begins the transfer of vibration to the large roller which contacts the green. The rotating balance axle is easily adjustable to vary the amount of vibration. The unique design of the Multi-Green Vibrating Roller cassette allows you to fully adjust vibration from very light (Setting "0") to heavy (Setting "10") depending on your needs or your conditions. By varying the amount of vibration, you can limit the amount of effect on the green thus allowing you to roll your greens more often to a higher ball speed without negative effects of compaction. This system with the adjustable vibrating axle also makes it possible to roll just aerated greens without any damage or negative effects from your completed aerating work. 38 Spiker Roller 50 Spikes are ideal before overseeding.
