Position locking type Q WRNNG f pressure is supplied to port () in the locked stte with neither port pressurized, locks my not e relesle or my e relesed suddenly, cusing the piston rod to pop out, which is extremely dngerous. When relesing the locking mechnism, supply pressure to port (B) nd check tht no lod is pplied to the locking mechnism. Loosen the switch fixing screw, move the switch long the ril, nd tighten t the required position. When using the T, T3, T0, or T switch, use flttip screwdriver with to 6 mm grip,. mm or smller tip width, nd 0.3 mm or thinner (clock screwdriver, precision screwdriver, etc.), nd tighten with tightening torque of 0.1 to 0. N m. When using T*C, T, TY, T3Y, TYF, T3YF, TYM, or T3YM, tighten with tightening torque 0. to 0.7 N m. The switch ril hs mrk t mm from the ril end. Use this s guide to the mounting position when replcing the switch. Switch ril mrkings re set to the defult switch mximum sensitivity position. The mximum sensitivity position will chnge when the switch type is chnged or when the switch rcket is moved. djust the position ccordingly. mrking Shifting the switch position in the circumference direction Loosen the nd fixing screw, shift the switch ril in the circumference direction, nd tighten t the specified position. When using xil foot mounting style, the xil dimension is the stndrd type. 3. Position locking type Q CUTON When using the xil foot type (mounting style: LB), fixing the mounting rcket on the frme, etc., while mounted on the cylinder will cuse the olt nd stopper cover to interfere nd prevent fixing. Fix the position locking mounting rcket on the frme, etc., efore mounting the cylinder. The lock functions t the stroke end. f the stopper is pplied with n externl stopper in the middle of the stroke, the lock my not function nd result in dropping. Before setting the lod, check tht the locking mechnism functions correctly. Supply pressure higher thn the minimum working pressure to the port hving the locking mechnism. f piping on the side with the lock is thin nd long, or if the speed controller is seprted from the cylinder port, exhust my slow, tking time for the lock to function. This my lso occur if the silencer on the vlve's EH. port is clogged. Mnully relesing the lock The stopper piston moves nd the lock is relesed when olt ( to : M3 x, to 0: M x or more) is screwed into the stopper piston nd the olt is pulled up ( mm: to or mm: to 0) with force of N or more. When the hnd is relesed, if the stopper piston returns y the internl spring nd enters the piston rod groove, the piston is locked. to : mm to 0: mm Unlocked Relese olt to : M3 x nd over to 0: M x nd over.
