Warranty Industrial chairs are warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship in normal single-shift use for a period of 10 years. This warranty is subject to the following provisions: a) cushions including fabric, vinyl, foam, and workmanship are guaranteed to be serviceable with normal single-shift usage for a period of 5 years b) for multiple shift applications the warranty period is 5 years and 2 years respectively c) maximum weight capacity of 250 lbs is not exceeded d) any product which has been modified or removed, neglected or abused is not covered. ISE will, at its option, repair or replace a defective part that is covered by this warranty. Repaired parts, or replacement products, will be provided by ISE on an exchange basis, and will be either new or functionally equivalent to new. This warranty covers only repair, replacement, or refund for defective products, as provided above. ISE does not accept liability for loss of use, consequential damage or injury.
