County Engineer Responsibility Serve as engineer to the Board of County Commissioners and 18 Boards of Township Trustees for roads, bridges and land surveying Road maintenance and construction of roads Oversee County Tax Map office Review and inspect all proposed subdivisions outside of cities and villages National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) compliance

Bale Kenyon Rd. Lewis Center & Bale Kenyon Intersection New single lane modern roundabout $2.3 million estimated project with 80% federal highway funding Construction May to August 2017 Includes re-decking of bridge over Alum Creek
Bale Kenyon Road Improvements Orange Township Project to widen Bale Kenyon Road from Orange Road to Lewis Center Road and add shared use path Construction beginning late 2016 through summer 2017
Sunbury Road Improvements Joint project with City of Westerville Major widening of Sunbury Road including a bike path through the Hoover Nature Preserve and along the east side of Sunbury Road $4.3 million estimated construction with 80% federal funding provided by MORPC Construction began November 2016 Completion November 2017
