It served with B Company of the 41st Tank Bn, 11th Armored Div and was nicknamed "Barracuda". When the vehicle was recovered, it carried markings of the French 2 nd Armored Division

The tank "Bourg La Reine" was one of the most glorious of the 12th Régiment de Cuirassiers, 2nd French Armored Division. It was put out of combat at this location on November 22, 1944 at the time of the liberation of Phalsbourg.
