AN GP-1 Multifunctional Gear Oil Additive Package AN GP-1 is a multifunctional gear oil additive package designed to produce lubricants for use in automotive and industrial applications. AN GP-1 could provide the gear oils with protection against wear, oxidation, thermal degradation, rust, copper corrosion and foaming performances, preventing spalling and scuffing that could result in equipment failure and downtime. The gear oils with this additive package could perform over a wide range of excellent properties, including friction reduction, heat removal and extreme pressure anti-wear performances. For environmental protection and some adverse effects of traditional EP additives bringing to gears, Anneng has invented one new kind of gear oil additive package AN GP-1A without Sulfur element. With less dosage about 2.6%, the oils will show more excellent performances than others. Use in automotive gear oils API GL-5, and viscosity grade could be SAE90, 80W/90, 85W/90 and 85W/140.The oils GL-5 80W/90 formulated by 4.2% AN GP-1 has passed the bench test CR-CL-42, CR-CL-37 and CR-CL-60. Use in industrial gear oils, and viscosity grade could be N68, N100, N150, N220, N320 and N460. N320 blended by 1.6% AN GP-1 can be line with the standard of US steel USS-224 specification.
