Racing Collection On June 14, 1970, with the starting number twenty-three, the red-white Porsche 917 KH [ short tail ] from Porsche Salzburg was the first to cross the finish line. After twenty-four hours and exactly 2,863.161 miles, this secured the first of seventeen overall victories to date for Porsche at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
