An application for a new license may be submitted for review by the department. 37 CDL Disqualification Driver s privilege to drive a commercial motor vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn for the time period indicated. Privileges can be reinstated after the disqualification period has ended and application for reinstatement is made; except in the case of a lifetime disqualification. 51 Identification Card Suspension 60 (CP) APS Suspension - Commercial Privileges Only 61 Ignition Interlock Device Identification card has been temporarily withdrawn during the period of the suspension and until application for reinstatement is made.
