Fabimag has been in operation for over 25 years. Fabimag has been operating with the ISO 9001/ 9002 Quality Standards since July 2005, being at that time the first and only Argentinian factory of planters to achieve such certification. In August 2008 we obtained the Re International Certification of the ISO 9001/200 Standards, still in force up to July 2011. The FG-01 & Multi Planter are planters designed to seed summer and winter crops. This versatility offers more value for money to the grower in one machine than any other on the market. Available working widths are from 4.725m to 16.275m in modules of single, double and triple chassis. The double and triple module Multi Planter machines incorporate stabilizer bars that run transversely to the chassis ensuring torsional stability. Raising and lowering of the entire machine is always completely horizontal due to the double acting hydraulic cylinders mounted on the parallel arms and the frame requires no leveling. All FG-01 & Multi Planters are end towed for road transport for safe movement between fields and have a 370mm ground clearance when raised. Going from road to field is done quickly and easily with a hydraulic folding work hitch and castoring high floatation tyres that also provide low compaction when working. A unique feature on the FG-01 & Multi Planter is the hydraulic chassis suspension that reduces the stresses placed on the seeder and operator when moving machines on farm and public roads. This feature reduces the movement of product within the hoppers and provides a smoother ride. For small grain, the seed drill metering is done through a chevron type meter wheel. For heavy grains, a seed meter using specific seed disc s combined with a vacuum fan, meter product accurately. All product rates are controlled through an infinitely variable gear box that is ground driven. This gear box provides a wide metering range for both seeds and fertilizers. Optional drives include electronic or hydraulic VRT. Monitor options vary from basic information to blockage monitoring and full VRT capability. The FG-01 & Multi Planter has one of the most flexible hoppers available. It can arranged to supply one, two or three products at once. A separate small seeds box can be added also. Access lids feature gas assist struts for easy access. The main frame of the FG-01 & Multi Planter also has stands for storage and maintenance that provide a safe working environment when servicing. Other options include, trash coulters, fertilizer coulters & different types of closing wheels. Australian models are fitted with rear brake lights & indicators and oversize flag holders.
