FIBROMAX 2.0 30 % OPTIMISATION Second-generation, heavy-load positioning tables feature high rigidity and efficiency. Specialist and rotary table pioneer FIBRO of Weinsberg presents the FIBROMAX 2.0 series: a completely revised series of its XXL rotary displacement series. In comparison to the first-generation, the bearing diameter and thus the rigidity of the heavy-load positioner has increased significantly and with virtually unchanged costs. The continuously increasing requirements for the construction of wind power plants, roller bearings, turbines, gearbox cases, and construction machines were the reasons for the new heavy-load concept. Rotary tables for workpiece sizes of 4 x 4 metres and transport loads of up to 400 tons are now standard at FIBRO. The heavy-duty tables provide a positioning accuracy of ± 2 angle seconds. The axial run-out and radial concentricity are in a range of a few hundredths of a millimetre. In addition, with the FIBROMAX 2.0 series, a very large dimensioned, and highly precise roller bearing provides for maximum rigidity and thus the highest precision during processing. When in a positioned state, a hydraulic table top clamp increases the tangential torque and relieves the gear. The preloaded bearing and a play-free twin-drive also offer optimum conditions for circular milling and simultaneous machining. FIBROMAX 2.0 offers a long service life at minimum maintenance effort while providing a maximum of process stability. FIBROPLEX LX HIGHLY STANDARDISED Highly standardised NC rotary table helps to reduce costs by up to 50 %. FIBRO sets a new standard for priceperformance-optimised NC rotary tables for machine tools: The highly standardised FIBROPLEX LX was specifically designed for the equipment of standard machine tools. When compared to conventional worm-driven NC rotary tables, it permits a reduction in cost up to 50 %. The high degree of standardisation of the rotary table, which is produced at the Weinsberg site, ensures very short delivery times of only six weeks. The FIBROPLEX LX can move to any angle positions with the precision of up to ± 7 angle seconds. It can also be equipped with a wide variety of three-phase servomotors from Bosch-Rexroth, Siemens or Fanuc, for example, for the optimal integration into the respective system. In the basic version, the universal rotary table equipped with a duplex worm gearbox is suitable for light processing of metal, wood, plastics or composites. In metal processing, it can be additionally equipped with a hydraulic table top clamping for the transfer of high tangential forces. This generates a force-fit connection between the housing and the table top in all directions while completely relieving the bearing and the drive and achieving maximum rigidity and vibrational damping the same time. FIBRODYN DA HIGHLY DYNAMIC Highly dynamic rotary tables with direct drive for the highest speed and acceleration for rotary and milling applications. In the size FIBRODYN DA1.08, continuous development work and optimisation facilitate speeds of 400 RPM. FIBRODYN DA rotary tables facilitate a flexible positioning into any selectable angular steps with extremely short positioning times. FIBRODYN manages without gearbox which guarantees zero backlash and high-performance. With the highly-precise rotary tables, both very high as well as very low uniform rotational speeds are possible with a repeatability of less than 0.2 angle seconds. The axial run-out and radial concentricity of FIBRODYN are in the µm range. A hydraulic table top clamp firmly connects the table top with the housing without the drive components projecting over the contour of the housing. This ensures particularly compact dimensions. FIBRODRIVE plus SERVO DRIVES WITH INTEGRATED CONTROLLER The optional, intelligent servo drive FIBRODRIVE plus allows the flexible rotary tables FIBROTOR EM.NC, RT.NC and FIBRODYN DM to now become completely independent i.e. without separate external NC controller. nectors respectively via a USB connection. NEW POSITION DETECTION SPLASH-PROOF FOR UP TO 96 POSITIONS With the new module for position detection, the old and particularly complex solution with separate limit switch gearbox is replaced. Alternatively, the position detection on the table top and the series limit switches are no longer required. The new position detection increases the process safety of your system and is particularly well-suited for moisture and splash water thanks to enclosed design according to Protection Class IP65. In addition, a position specification is possible, i.e., each position can be moved to. As an option, there is also a configured evaluation box for easier commissioning. ATEX FOR ALL FIBROTOR EM AND EM.NC Safety plays an important role at FIBRO, which is why we now offer all FIBROTOR EM and EM.NC rotary tables with the explosion protection class ATEX-II3GD as standard option. FIBRODYN DM EXTREMELY DYNAMIC, FLEXIBLE AND PRECISE The new FIBRODYN DM series is a price-performance-optimised directly driven rotary table for dynamic applications in handling and assembly. The slim, high powered continuous turner allows for approx. 20 % higher loading than comparable rotary tables on the market and its very small dimensions make it perfect for creating a particularly compact system design. The fitted boreholes and standardised cable connectors allow it to be integrated quickly and easily into a wide variety of systems. FIBRODYN DM is the optimal solution when time is money and conversion costs are expensive. As an option, the rotary table is also available as decentralised standalone solution with integrated controller FIBRODRIVE plus, which dispenses with the need for a separate external NC controller. Additional subsequent costs are also reduced thanks to the lifetime lubrication of the rotary table.
