Germany Nuremberg Rubin project RUBIN* which comprehends of Line 2 and 3 in Nuremberg is the world s first migration project where a conventional underground system is upgraded for fully automated, driverless operation. Singapore Down Town Line LTA In Singapore, one of the most reputed metros in the world, has selected the Sirius technology to implement the highest level of automatization unattended train operation (UTO). China Hong Kong Shatin to Central Link Siemens is responsible for the refurbishment of the signaling system of the existing 41 km long East Rail Line and the 6 km long extension to Admirality. The project includes ATC equipment for 37 new passenger trains and one depot. After completion, the system will be ready for fully automated operation. Saudi-Arabia Riyadh Metro Line 1 and Line 2 Riyadh is implementing the world's largest subway project. It comprises six metro lines with a total route length of 176 kilometers. The comprehensive infrastructure project is expected to ameliorate Riyadh s public transit problems by drastically reducing city traffic. In this turnkey project, Siemens is responsible to equip with the state of the art CBTC GoA4 train control technology. Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Sungai Buloh Kajang Line Commenced on May 2012, the newly built 51-kilometer-long Sungai Buloh Kajang Line, which connects Kuala Lumpur with the Klang Valley area. This is the first of three planned lines in the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit Project, passenger flow is about 280,000 per day. GoA 4 operation will be applied.
