Current Status Clutch Housing projects mature and successful. Gen V Front cover assemblies in production. GF9 preparing to launch early 2017. 10 new GM brackets launched in 2016 and running.
Warranty History Zero warranty claims for Bad oil pumps in L6/5/4 Front Cover since start of production August 2000. Over 2.7M Front cover assemblies shipped to date. 2,177,000+ Clutch housings shipped to date. Zero warranty claims. 1,980,000+ V6, V8 and Corvette Gen V front covers shipped. Zero warranty claims.
Quality controls Quality Data Records created from PFEMA and Control Plans. In house Spectro-analysis for material certification. Majority of dimensions checked on automatic CMMs. SPC data automatically gathered from CMMs and charted. Balance of dimensions to be checked with optical comparator, hand gauges & other instruments. In house X-ray audits per QDR (Quality Data Record). All parts 100% leak tested where required.
