- GENERAL EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION General Specification Aboveground Storage Tank Constructed as a double wall protected rectangular storage unit the basic tank is designed to hold 50,000 litres (11,000 imperial gallons) of product. The tank is monitored using an accurate ultrasonic precision tank gauging system specifically designed for robust above ground applications. The tank gauging also monitors temperature, product density (to avoid fuel adulteration) and provides data transmission to off site locations for inventory management. Fuel Dispensing As standard we have selected Scheidt & Bachmann fuel dispensing equipment. They have over 75 years experience in the manufacture of reliable high quality fuel dispensing equipment. Payment Options Payment options may be selected by the customer. This can include note readers (choice of currencies) and credit and debit card readers. The option is available to provide change in the form of printed vouchers and vouchers can also be made as full or part payment. Cash is maintained in a secure vault within the unit. Page 5
Details & Options Canopy Design This is manufactured using a study steel framework with glass fibre roofing panels. The resulting light ambience gives a spacious feel to the design. Security CCTV can be provided with cameras providing remote monitoring via the internet. Number plate recognition may be available (subject to availability). Lighting The forecourt and dispensing island is well illuminated using high specification halogen lighting. This provides better security and a brighter environment. Product Filtration For the purposes of customer confidence we have installed an advance filtration system which is visible to the customer.
