Solar Inverter Manual Introduction SMPS series solar inverter power charging efficiency increased by 30%~60% than traditional controller charging. This inverter has automatic identification, three-stage charging mode, can charge variety of battery, intelligent control discharging mode, RS232 communication etc. advantages. This inverter can provide reliable sine wave power to the important electronic device, widely used in commerce, home and workstation. It is suitable for all kinds of loads, like stem ship, heavy truck, industrial device, air-conditioner, TV, POS s, refrigerator, washing machine, PC and power tools ( Optional 1KW to 6KW). SNS series can start a larger motor load with its high overload capacity. Once started, all inverter function will be completely automatic. This inverter is more suitable for home and special environment, it can connect inductive load. This series inverter characteristic is with stable performance, large charging current, high charging efficiency, it can charge battery full quickly. Output wave is true pure sine wave. Installation 1 Try to put the machine beside battery cabinet 2 Put the machine in the cool, dry and ventilate place 3 When ensuring the normal air outlet of machine, can put the machine in any direction. 4 Whether buying the standard connection wires from supplier (about 1.5M), or buying them in local market, please choose suitable wires by refer to the table Battery Input connection wires diameter selection. If don t have suitable wires, can use multiple wires, for example, 90m m2 connection wires, can use three 35m m2. 5Choose suitable fuse by contrasting the installation drawing, DC terminal fuse range is 100-500A 6 Fuse should connect battery wires in battery section, when the machine have fault, can ensure the machine safe. If using isolate air switch, please ensure the switch s rated power. 7 Ensure when the machine is installed under the condition of power off. 8 Ensure AC terminal cut off, connection inverter output remaining current breaker(remaining current breaker is used for grounding protection) and overload tripping. AC input terminal is according to power supply needed, if Max. Output current is 30A, you can choose 40A fuse, if you use standard 13-16A current, just choose 20A fuse.
