Stationary Electric Material Handlers Designed for fast and efficient feeding of shredders, balers, stationary shears and in-feed conveyors, our stationary electric material handlers are designed and built using the finest materials possible to ensure long and reliable use. Key features and benefits include: Lower Operating Costs - A stationary electric material handler is in most cases, significantly less expensive to operate as compared to diesel powered units. Electricity costs are fixed as opposed to diesel so you can get a better handle on your everyday expenses. Lower Maintenance Costs - A stationary electric unit needs much less maintenance as compared to a diesel powered machine due to less moving parts. Instant on, instant off - Outside of warming the hydraulic oil (tank heaters are optional), a stationary electric requires no warm up or cool down period to operate. Clean and Quiet - A stationary electric material handler gives off no exhaust fumes and is much quieter to operate. 10 Models To Choose From - Whatever your material handling needs are, we have the size handler for your operation. Variety - A wide variety of boom, attachment, hydraulic controls, magnet rectifier packages, cab features, etc. are available to suit your specific needs. Each model can be designed as a self contained, stationary remote power unit or operator station. Design and Installation Expertise - For us and the industries we serve, the One size fits all. motto just doesn t apply. Our engineers meticulously go over each application and design a handler to meet a customer s need. Upon delivery, we have a factory representative there to assist in the installation to ensure a safe and productive operation. Service - We know that in this day and age, it is paramount that your equipment keeps up and running on a regular basis. By fabricating the vast majority of our products in our own plant and stocking those that we do not, we are able to respond to our customers needs quicker than most. Design and Installation Expertise A successful installation and happy customer starts with good planning. Our seasoned sales and design staff will gather information from the customer, initially over the phone, and many times in more complicated applications, we will fly out to the customer s site to gather measurements and find out exactly what expectations he or she has for our equipment. Prior to building a product, detailed drawings are provided to the customer for sign off. Then, after the product is completed and shipped, we will again go to the job site and aid in installation (for Stationary Electric Material Handlers). Customer Support We know that no matter how good a product is, it is only as good as the support it receives after the sale. From repairs to parts support, we will gather the information and respond to you in a professional and timely manner. Do you own a piece of equipment not manufactured by us? No problem. In many cases, we can track down the necessary part for you. We carry a large inventory of spare parts for all of our equipment as well as for other OEM manufacturer s loaders and material handlers.
I have now worked with Builtrite personnel on three different projects. In each case, they flew out to our facilities, evaluated each unique situation and subsequently came up with a proposed solution. They hit the mark and then some for each. More impressively, they follow up to see how the equipment is working on a regular basis. I look forward to working with them again on our next project. Mike Buchanan, EnviroSolutions, Inc. Manassas, Virginia We handle and process a large volume of rail, beam and skeletal plate. My Builtrite magnet rotator allows me to unload trucks safely and efficiently. It also allows us to stack these materials in a neat fashion, optimizing space. It has increased overall efficiency, in my estimation, by 30-40% with the added benefits of reducing operator fatigue, magnet wear and machine wear. This product is a must have for those handling similar items. Steve Kenigsberg, Simko, Inc. Superior, Wisconsin Due to our line of work, we have very specific requirements for our fleet of truck mounted cranes. The folks at Builtrite listened to what our needs were and designed our 1300-TM to our specifications. We liked the first unit so much in fact, we have since purchased several more. Tri-State Drilling, Inc. Plymouth, Minnesota We bought a Builtrite Orange Peel last year. It is hands down the toughest, most durable grapple we have owned.
