The Comfort Zone kit includes the Comfort Zone Center, 4-zone controller, 3 remote room sensors, and a duct temperature sensor. COOL 72 68 HEAT 2:45 Features/Benefits Fully Communicating DDC controls with either direct or remote communication through personal computer. (Optional software and ISO-O2/Modem required.) Fully Modulating Dampers Time modulating dampers that deliver precise airflow where and when it s needed. Adjustable Temperature Setpoints 14 degree sliding scale setpoint adjustment. Programmable 5-1-1, (Mon. Fri., Sat., Sun.) with 4 time/ temperature settings per schedule. No Batteries Required Nonvolatile RAM chip requires no battery backup. Program is retained in memory so reprogramming is not required after power loss. Time clock retains time for approximately 8 hours before resetting is required. Diagnostic Error Display System failures are easy for service technician to diagnose and fix, saving both time and money. Vacation Mode Just by rotating the dial and adjusting the setpoint temperature puts all 4 zones in vacation mode. Smart Start Used for heat pump operation to optimize the energy savings when coming out of setback. Temperature Trend Staging Optimizes energy savings by delaying second stage operation based off the temperature trend in the space. If the space temperature is the same or getting worse after 6 minutes, second stage is turned on. If the space temperature is improving, second stage is delayed.
