BEFORE YOU START USING THE EQUIPMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO READ THESE INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. ALSO, PLEASE KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR LATER NEED AND POTENTIAL OTHER USERS. BY FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS YOU ENSURE FLAWLESS AND LONG OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT. YOU ALSO GET THE BEST POSSIBLE BENEFIT OF THE EQUIPMENT AND AVOID UNNECESSARY SERVICE AND REPAIR COSTS. THE TERMS OF GUARANTEE IN PAGE 5. RECEIPT Examine the equipment carefully. If you notice any damages resulting from transportation sign the delivery note stating your doubt or clause it goods damaged on receipt. Inform the driver and the supplier immediately. The guarantee does not cover damages resulting from transportation! INSTALLATION AND INTRODUCTION Unpack the package as close to the place of assemply as possible. Remove the protective film on the outer surfaces of the equipment. Break the assembly rail (delivered as an accessory) into suitably long pieces and fasten them in the edges of the table gap if necessary. The joint between the rail and the table can be sealed with silicone when neither water nor humidity gets inside of the dispenser or under the collar. Put the dispenser carefully through the gap. The ambient temperature of the heatable dispensers must not fall below +5 C. In winter humidity will condense on the surfaces of a dispenser when brought in to the place of assembly from cold winter air. Make sure that the surfaces are dry and of room temperature before connecting the equipment to the electric supply! Connect the connection wire of the equipment to an earth socket protected with a fuse of 10 A. The voltage must be 230 V / 50 Hz. Buffet Line dispensers are meant for dish serving. Before use, clean the equipment carefully with a mild cleaning agent, e.g. dishwasher solution. Do not use scouring powder! 3
ADJUSTING THE SPRING POWER Rack / tray lift is spring floating. If you want to change spring power, e.g. when the dish load changes, remove the loose cover above the lift. Add or deduct springs the same amount on all the sides. Asymmetrical amount of springs weakens the operation of the lift and may cause damage to its construction! Release or fasten a spring with tongs. Be careful with the sharp points of the springs! USE Fill the dispenser so that the top rack or tray exceeds the upper edge of the lift. Excessive filling may damage the lift and weaken the function of the springs! CLEANING Switch off power supply and plug off the electric wire. Never use running water for washing but clean the equipment with a towel that has been moistened in washing water! Wash the stainless steel surfaces with a mild washing agent mixed with water, e.g. dishwashing liquid or other suitable cleanser. Remove leftovers and other loose dirt from inside the dispenser by e.g. vacuum-cleaner. Do not use scouring powder! 4
GUARANTEE The guarantee is valid for 12 months beginning from the date of purchase covering material and factory flaws. The guarantee is valid on condition that the equipment is used just for the use determined in the operation manual. The manufacturer is under no obligation to compensate for the damages if the customer does not follow this installation and operation manual. The guarantee does not cover: faults caused by any flaw in the assembly. faults caused by user neglecting service and cleaning. faults caused by normal tear. faults caused by wrong use of the equipment. adjustments, repairs or change of spare parts caused by user s carelessness, neglicence or the fact that the instructions of this installation and operation manual have not been followed when assembling the equipment.
