December 11, 2012 Dear Exhibitor: The 21 st annual California Antique Farm Equipment Show is approaching, so mark your calendars for Friday, April 19 through Sunday, April 21 at the International Agri-Center in Tulare, California! The 2013 show will feature antique trucks. To celebrate our agricultural heritage, we invite all antique truck, tractor, farming implement, horse and horse-drawn equipment collectors to come to Tulare for an exciting weekend in April! For the 2013 show, we will be implementing some changes. In order to continue hosting the show, it was important that costs be evaluated. One of the largest costs associated with organizing the show is production and mailing of contract and exhibitor packets. To help offset these, we are implementing a $10 processing and handling fee for each exhibitor. We hope that you love the show as much as we do and will help us ensure that it continues. Another significant change is that we have two separate fees for RV parking. Exhibitor RV parking inside the grounds is $80, and parking outside the grounds is $30. We know how much everyone loves the souvenir buttons, and we will continue this tradition. Every exhibitor will receive one free commemorative show button. However, these buttons may no longer be used as admission into the grounds; we will be using tickets for admissions. We are looking for new sponsors for this show and we need your help! We have included a sponsorship packet for you to share with anyone you think would be interested in being a partner with the California Antique Farm Equipment Show. Sincerely, John Stewart 2013 Chairman California Antique Farm Equipment Show
