The California Center for Sustainable Energy administers California s Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP) for the California Air Resources Board. The goal of the CVRP is to promote the production and use of zero-emission vehicles, including plug-in electric, plug-in hybrid electric and fuel cell vehicles. /cvrp 8
