Furthermore the organization will book 2 double rooms for each nation, which can be used by the official attendants (team manager, coach, mechanics, etc.). This reservation must be confirm by the 8 th of August. The price per double room including taxes and breakfast will be 65,00 single room 55,00. The organizer will grant an additional support for the meals with an amount of 20,00 per day / per rider & pacer. 3

Art. 2 Participation The participation is open for European Elite riders (men). Entries UEC: before 12 August 2017 (riders, staff and NF Official Delegates) using the following e- mail address: mail@uec.ch Art. 3 Regulations The 2017 Derny will be run under the auspices and according the regulations, decisions, conditions and instructions of the UEC and UCI. Art. 4 Control/registration participants The control of the licenses, clothing, registration of the participants and distribution of other documents shall be on the 18 th of August at the race permanence. Art. 5 Team managers meeting Team managers meeting with the presence of the organization, the commissaires panel and the UEC representatives is scheduled on the 18 th of August. Art. 6 Ceremony We kindly ask all the winners to be in time for the victory ceremony. 5
Riders must present themselves in race clothing, wearing their national jersey and shall not wear a helmet, a cap a headband or glasses until they leave the podium ceremony area. Art. 7 Anti-doping control The anti-doping controls will be under the responsibility of the Cycling Anti-Doping Foundation (CADF). An official Communiqué will be distributed by the appointed DCO. Art. 8 Program The program and schedule can be changed on demand of the commissaires panel and the organization. The competition program will be daily announced on the notice-boards. Art.9 Unforeseen In those events in which the regulations not supply, the commissaires panel, in conjunction with the organization, will decide. Art. 10 Press Photographers are allowed on the track only with the UEC media vests numbered 1 to 8. Other members of the press (photographers and journalists) are not allowed on the track but only in the infield zone of the track. Press can be accredited on demand (www.uec.ch dedicated page), before 12 th of August. The accreditations will be checked on access points. Art. 11 Accreditation and body numbers: The accreditations for officials, riders and staff will be on the 18 th of August at the permanence during the opening time. Body numbers will be distributed at the team managers meeting. The accreditation shall be issued in accordance with the lists sent by the UEC and the National Federations. Art. 12 Penalties The UCI scale of penalties will solely apply. Art. 13 Motors (Engines) / Pacemachines / Pacers Derny s can be provided by the organizer. It is allowed to bring and use own Derny machine. The gear ratio will not be limited. 6
