Description The hoisting crane is used to raise and lower all types of loads, weighing up to 0,32 t, with a pivoting radius of 750 mm. The crane arm can be rotated through 360. The rotational movement is provided via a selflocking, manually operated worm gear. This rules out the possibility of the crane arm swinging out accidentally. The crane can be dismantled in such a way that it can be handled by a single person. No part weighs more than 18,5 kg. The crane mast, crane arm and ratchet crank can be easily stowed away and transported. The crane mast is made from 60 mm square tubing, for which suitable mounting tubes (e.g. 70 square tube x4) must be present. A wire rope Ø 6 mm is used for the lifting equipment, providing an effective lift of max. 3.9 m. The load is reliably held in any position by an automatic internal reverse-running lock. Lowering under load is made possible by cranking in the relevant direction. In its unladen state, the drive shaft is separated from the rope drum. This prevents the following from occurring: Slack rope formation and loosening of the rope on the drum. Winding on the rope in the wrong direction. The rope drum is grooved in accordance with DIN 15060, to provide better guidance of the rope. To draw off rope in an unladen state, press and hold a knob provided with an information label until the required length of rope is removed. Only press the knob when the rope is unladen, and only with the hand (do not strike). The ratchet crank has three working positions. Right - Centre - Left. The centre position is used for cranking during raising and lowering. To insert the ratchet crank on the crane arm or crane mast, push in the knob in the crank pin. By releasing it in the final position, the crank is secured against sliding off accidentally. Where the crane is being used as a spare wheel hoisting crane, the spare wheel can be secured with a lifting strap on the load hook of the wire rope. 5. Operation For use as a spare wheel hoisting crane and in general. Insert the crane mast (201468) into the installed mounting tube (e.g. 70x4, insertion min. 400 mm). Hook the crane arm (201469, 215493) into the retaining profiles on the crane mast. Insert the cotter pin (104572) located on the crane arm into the corresponding hole and secure with a clip connector to prevent removal. Insert the ratchet crank (201470) into the worm gear of the crane mast and pivot into the required working position by cranking. Move the ratchet crank to the drive shaft of the crane arm, by cranking draw off sufficient wire rope that the load hook can be hooked in. Raise the spare wheel by cranking on the crane arm, and if necessary crank the crane mast to the desired lowering position. Insert the crank and lower the spare wheel down to the ground. If the red marking on the rope is visible, adjust the cranking! The spare wheel is loaded in the reverse sequence. 6. Testing The equipment must be checked in accordance with the conditions of use and the operating conditions at least once per year by an authorised person 2 per TRBS 1203 (Technical expert) (testing per BetrSichV, 10, sect. 2 represents implementation of the EC guidelines 89/391/EEC and 95/63/EC or the annual occupational safety inspection per BGV D8, 23, sect. 2 and BGG956). These checks must be documented: Before commissioning. After significant alterations before recommissioning. At least once per year. In the event of unusual occurrences arising that could have detrimental effects on the safety of the winch (extraordinary tests, e.g. after a long period of inactivity, accidents, natural events). After repair works that could have an influence on the safety of the winch. 094083_c_de_hebekr_s haacon hebetechnik gmbh Telefon +49 (0) 9375-84-0 Fax +49 (0) 9375-84-66 1
Technical experts (AP2) are persons, who have sufficient knowledge based on their education and experience, in the areas of winches, lift and pull systems and the relevant official occupational health and safety rules, accident prevention regulations, guidelines and generally accepted engineering rules (e.g EN standards), to evaluate the operational safety of winches, lift and pull systems. Technical experts (AP2) are to be nominated by the operator of the equipment. The implementation of the annual occupational safety inspection as well as the training to obtain the aforementioned knowledge and skills can be provided by haacon hebetechnik. 7. MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS The operator determines the intervals themselves based on frequency of use and the operating conditions. Regular cleaning, no steam jets! Carry out visual check on inaccessible brakes / locks every 5 years at the latest, replace brake pads as required. General overhaul by the manufacturer after 10 years at the latest. ATTENTION! Inspection, maintenance and repair works only on an unloaded hoist. Work on brakes and locks only by qualified specialist personnel. The hoisting crane is designed for a service life of 1000 lifts under load. Maintenance and inspection work Intervalle Visual and functional tests Before Brake function under load every use Zustand des Seiles und Aufnahmemittel Aufnahmerohr des Kranes einfetten. Lubrication (grease nipple) Drahtseil bei sichtbaren Beschädigungen austauschen. Ersatzseil beim Hersteller bestellen. Check type plate for legibility Professional inspection Check gear parts, grease and replace if necessary Lubricant recommendations: Multi-purpose grease per DIN 51502 K3K-20. after 100 lifts under load or annually 2-5 years Ratchets crank In case of sluggish operation, oil properly. Only disassemble the crank when the equipment bears no load! Do not oil or grease the brake pads! Replacing the rope Push in the knob on the crane arm and pull off the whole rope by hand. Remove the cover plate (104564). Unscrew the two stud bolts which clamp the rope in place and remove the rope. Insert the new rope as far as the end of the mounting hole and secure with stud bolts M8x10. Screw the cover plate into place and wind up the rope. When the crank is turned in a clockwise direction, the rope should wind up. The rope must be coiled by ten revolutions of the crank without any load before the rope can be fully loaded. According to DIN 15020, page 8, sheet 1, point 7, two safety windings must remain on the drum in the lowest possible load position. 8. REPLACEMENT PARTS When ordering spare parts it is e s s e n t i a l to quote: The type and serial number of the equipment / item and part number 9. Disassembly, disposal Make sure to observe the safety instructions. Dispose of the equipment and the substances within it in an environmentally responsible manner. 094083_c_de_hebekr_s haacon hebetechnik gmbh Telefon +49 (0) 9375-84-0 Fax +49 (0) 9375-84-66 2
