Address/Telephone The physical address for Atwood Stadium is: 701 University Ave. Flint MI 48504. The business address is 1700 University Ave. Flint MI 48504. The business phone number is (810) 762-9735. After hours emergency phone number is (810) 762-9501 (Campus Safety). Directions From North or South: Take I-75/23 to I-69 East. Take Hammerberg Rd. exit and go North on Hammerberg. Turn right on Miller Rd. Miller Rd. becomes Fox St. and then Chevrolet Ave. Turn right on University Ave. Turn right on Stone St. and the entrance to Atwood Stadium parking lot is identified; however, parking is limited (see information under Parking). From East or West: Take I-69 to Hammerberg Rd. exit. Follow above directions. Aisle Traffic Guests are urged to arrive at their seats well in advance of event. As a courtesy to other guests, please remain at your seat until a play has ended. Please refrain from blocking view (s) of other guests and follow all policies on prohibited items. Baby Changing The public restrooms in Atwood Stadium are equipped with diaper-changing tables. Bike Parking Bikes racks are located on the south side of the facility. These bike racks are open to the public, but are not monitored by staff. Alcohol Policy Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted in Atwood Stadium or parking lots. Guests identified with alcohol may be ejected and will have the alcohol confiscated. Possession and consumption of alcohol are subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Michigan and/or City of Flint which state, among others: No person shall have in the person s possession an opened container of beer or intoxicating liquor in any public place. Law Enforcement Officers enforce all applicable laws. Cameras 1. Still cameras and any audio and video recording equipment are permitted. Any monopods, dual pods and tripods are prohibited if used in bleacher area. Monopods, dual pods and tripods are permitted on concourse if attended and do not block views or pedestrian traffic. 2. Images are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes and may not be re-sold without the express consent of Kettering University. Guests found to be using images for any commercial purpose or found to be re-selling pictures will be asked by Kettering University to cease and desist from using the images for commercial purposes. 3. Recording of events and performances may be restricted or prohibited by organizers of events or performers as announced.

Comments/Concerns If you would like to recognize outstanding service or you have an issue that needs to be addressed, you can either: 1. Contact the Stadium Director at the address/phone listed above. 2. In case of an emergency, please contact the nearest Safety officer, usher or call (810) 762-9501. Concessions Concession stand is located on the East side of the stadium proximate to the East restrooms. Please dispose of all garbage in appropriate containers. Concessions are the sole responsibility of the rental organization and any questions should be directed as such. Concessionaires are required to have appropriate food handling license. Disability Needs Designated parking is available for patrons with disabilities on Prospect St. along the west side of the stadium. A valid ADA parking tag is required. Direct street level access to the stadium is provided via an accessible ramp in NW corner of the stadium. Seating areas are located directly under the Press Box. All public restrooms and concession area accommodate persons with disabilities. Emergencies and Evacuation Procedures In the event of a serious emergency, all Event Staff, Security, Ushers and Law Enforcement personnel are available to assist guests, including those with disabilities. Information will also be provided over the public address system. Emergency Contact To contact a person at the event in case of an emergency, please call (810) 762-9501. If the situation can be addressed and resolved, the stadium event staff will attempt to deliver that necessary message. However, using the public address system for paging within the Stadium is reserved only for extreme emergencies. First Aid Station A First Aid station is located across from the Concession area between the men s and women s restrooms in the NE corner of the facility. Gates Open Atwood Stadium gates will open one half hour before scheduled event time. This policy is subject to change and will be posted in a timely manner before any events. Lost and Found Lost and Found is located at the First Aid station. After an event you may call (810) 762-9735 to inquire on any lost items.

Lost Persons/Child ID/Locater Program Any report of a lost person will be acted on immediately by event personnel to locate and return the person to his or her parent(s), guardian(s) or companion(s). Guests should contact Security or Event Staff for prompt initiation of lost person search procedures. If a parent, guardian or companion is not located, the lost person will be taken to the Press Box for further efforts in locating the parent(s), guardian(s) or companion(s). Guests with children at an event are encouraged to write an emergency name and phone number on your child via a clothes article that the child will keep with them. Medical Emergency If assistance is needed in the stadium, please contact the nearest Security Officer, Usher, Event Staff or go to the First Aid Station. You may also call (810) 762-9501 and report issue to the Kettering University Campus Safety officer. Pets/Service Animals Animals, except for trained dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are not permitted in Atwood Stadium. Parking 1. DAY OF EVENT: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Stadium lot directly south of the facility. Access is off Stone St. For major events, there will be a parking fee of $5 per vehicle. This includes but is not limited to all 2015 High School football games. a. Vehicle and tailgate must fit within the 8 ½ x 15 space provided. b. Approximately 300 spaces are available. If lot becomes full, street parking is always available on city streets surrounding Atwood Stadium. Please be advised that for small events NE and NW ticket gates may NOT be open. Lower level South ticket gate will remain open during ticketed events. 2. DISABILITY PARKING: Disability Parking is available on Prospect St. along the west side of the stadium. A current state issued disability placard must be on or in the vehicle. 3. OVERFLOW LOTS: If necessary, Kettering University may open additional lots along Bluff St. a. Communication will be posted on Atwood website and/or communicated to Event Staff to direct drivers. b. Guests may access Atwood Stadium lower level ticket gate via the Flint River Trail. Playing Field Guests may not enter the playing field at any time. VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO ARREST AND MAY BE PROSECUTED.

Permitted Items The following items are permitted in Atwood Stadium. 1. Binoculars, cases are subject to inspection 2. Blankets 3. Cameras 4. Cell phones and pagers 5. Bags smaller than 12 x 12 x 6 6. Banners or signs smaller than 2 x 3 7. Rain apparel 8. Seat cushions 9. Small umbrellas used without obstructing others view Prohibited Behavior Behavior must be appropriate and supportive of a family friendly environment. Language and actions must be respectful of teams, officials, performers and others. Instructions of stadium staff and safety officers must be followed. Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to: disruptive, profane or abusive language; throwing objects of any kind; demonstrating unruly behavior; attempting to enter the field of play; engaging in behavior that endangers the safety of players, coaches, officials or other guests; attempting to climb equipment; removing Stadium turf; and/or taunting event staff, visiting teams and/or public safety officials. Consequences for guests exhibiting prohibited behavior may include, but are not limited to: ejection from the Stadium and/or arrest. Prohibited Items As a general rule, any items that obstruct the view of other guests or that can be used as projectiles, that interfere with the comfort of other guests or are deemed inappropriate/ hazardous by stadium security are prohibited. Guests are subject to visual inspection of person, parcels, bags, and clothing capable of concealing prohibited items. Guests may refuse inspections but Event Staff reserves the right to refuse entry. Changes in national, regional and campus security levels may affect security procedures. The following items are not permitted in Atwood Stadium: Alcohol Large umbrellas Tobacco, including e-cigarettes and Objects that obstruct others views, vapor cigarettes including baseball bats and poles Non-service animals Clothing displaying profane or Firearms, weapons and sharp objects inappropriate symbols or wording including mace and pepper spray Hazardous materials including but not Bags larger than 12 x 12 x 6 limited to explosives and fireworks Coolers and containers, including bottles Laser pointers and beverage containers Selfie sticks Signs or banners larger than 2 x 3 Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and Bicycles loitering Skateboards Any illegal substances Strollers beyond concourse Any other item or action deemed Noise makers dangerous or inappropriate

Patron Code of Conduct, patrons shall not: Interfere with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field) Exhibit intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption that result in rude or irresponsible behavior Exhibit behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature Fight, taunt or use threatening remarks or gestures Use foul or abusive language or gestures Stand, sit or loiter in aisles Trespass, solicit, peddle and loiter Stand on seats Use tobacco in any area of Atwood Stadium Display affection not appropriate in a public setting Exhibit public indecency Possess and/or use illegal drugs or firearms Wear obscene, indecent or offensive clothing Fail to comply with instructions from ushers, parking attendants, security or law enforcement Interfere with other fans ability to enjoy the game or event Damage any areas or equipment in Atwood Stadium Public Announcments Special announcements on the public address system are limited to medical and police emergencies. Re-Entry Guests may or may NOT be permitted to leave the stadium and re-enter for an event. Please inquire at ticket window for event specific rules. Searches and Inspections Guests may be subject to a courteous screening by campus safety services or law enforcement prior to entering the Stadium. All vehicles are subject to inspection prior to entering the Atwood Stadium Complex and all bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the Stadium. Ticket holders who refuse to allow their vehicles to be inspected will be denied entry into the Atwood Stadium Complex and those who refuse to be screened or have their bags inspected will be denied entry into the Stadium. By having a ticket, the ticket holder consents to such inspections and waives any and all related claims against Atwood Stadium and Kettering University. Weapons, or any items that the campus safety services team deems dangerous will be confiscated. Illegal items will be turned over to the appropriate law enforcement agency. Restrooms Men s and Women s restrooms are located in the NE and NW corners of the bleacher seating. Restrooms are ADA accessible and contain baby changing stations. Risk Guests are at their own risk with respect to the dangers incidental to games and other events whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual game or event. Kettering University, contractual renters and all staff and volunteers are not responsible for injury, loss of life or lost/stolen/damaged property.

Tailgating Trailers, storage units, and tailgating activities may not take up vacant parking spaces or interfere with traffic flow within a parking lot. Drive lanes in parking lots must be maintained at all times. Vehicle and tailgate must fit within the 8 ½ x 15 space provided. Smoking Policy The use of all types of tobacco products (including and not limited to, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars and cigarillos, hookah smoked products, pipes, oral tobacco and nasal tobacco) is prohibited in Atwood Stadium, including parking lot. This also includes any product intended to mimic tobacco products, contain tobacco flavoring, or deliver nicotine. Seating Recommended home team seating is located on the East side of the stadium. Recommended visitor team seating is located on the West side of the stadium. Please see the stadium map at www.kettering.edu/atwood for details on student seating and band seating. Bands should be located in the end zone areas of the grandstands. Student sections should be located below the restrooms in the corners of the stadium. Emergency Contact Resale of tickets, setting up a promotional space and/or distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers, or any other written, printed and/ or painted materials in or around Atwood Stadium without the permission of Kettering University is prohibited.
