These highly loadable drives are the core of each vehicle. By now, WFT has three drive variants available. stands for modular individual transport system. Depending on the application, the WFT drive system is used to configure a highly innovative, process-optimized transport system. Can be used indoors and outdoors Can be expanded and coupled Environmentally friendly and strong The specially developed electric drive with integrated recovery of braking energy in combination with the battery package designed for the area of application guarantees utterly silent and emission-free operation. Unrestricted mobility The specially developed drive system allows steering the vehicles in all directions. Even traverse travel and turning on the spot are not a problem. Thus, the space requirements for internal logistics and production can be reduced considerably. Easy steering, precise travel The system is steered by way of a mobile control panel with a joystick using cable or radio connection. Large dimensions, heavy loads These are no problem for WFT. The high load capacity of the vehicles is designed in accordance with the requirements. Customized capacity The operating times are tailored to the customer s needs through the battery capacity and the possible charge cycles. Automation 500 Tonnen Optional features, such as the sensor-based guidance system and positioning allow precise moving to target positions in the logistics and process chain. Small obstacles on the ground and slight slopes pose no problem. This also allows entering or exiting the factory hall. The loading as well as the dimensions of the loads to be transported can be individually expanded and adapted by mechanical and electrical coupling of several vehicles. Individual, customized configuration WFT designs the vehicle entirely according to your wishes and requirements. The integration of lifting, turning, swivelling or other devices as well as the mounting of complete mobile work stations or robots with an additional vertical and/or horizontal axis are only some examples of the numerous possibilities.

They are used for driving underneath mounting and transport frames, for lifting and transporting them, moving them forward and placing them precisely where they are needed. This gives the robot another axis. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with a navigation system in order to allow automatic mode operation. The automatic guidance system can be integrated into all WFT vehicles. Automation An automatic guidance system could be implemented in mobile robots and in all transport systems. Optimal transport and stable positioning even of particularly large and heavy components is realized using special product-specific mountings. With special equipment, driving is also possible in coupled operation. Several vehicles are thereby controlled synchronously like a single vehicle. They are designed by WFT entirely in accordance with the customer s wishes. The WFT singleaxle unit is available both as a pure tractor unit and as a platform vehicle. This is the variant for smaller loads, little space or simple travel ways.
