By using this equipment you will get two completely separate oil circuits and avoid concerns about contamination in your hydraulic system. The Dirty Work Pack Unit is hydraulically driven which means that there is an external hydraulic pressure source that drives a motor which again drives a pump. In most circumstances the external pressure source will be an ROV. The motor circuit have a built in start/stop valve for remote start/stop operation. The pump can be internally pressure compensated, remote pressure regulated or connected to a load sensing valve system. This unit s pump pressure circuit contains two filters, one in-line Parker P-15 pressure filter and one offline Cardev filter. This method of continuous filtration is ideal as contamination levels are always controlled and the entire hydraulic system is cleaned not just what s in the tank when it s service time. With its unique draw system you can easily make adjustments, fill compensators and carry out maintenance while the unit is still connected to the ROV. The design is based on experience in development and manufacture of underwater equipment.
