Loading and Priming Screw bottle into Fluid Element Cap by turning bottle. Tighten with pliers Ensure that the lower Fluid Element Dispense Tube is clean and dust free. Fluid Element Cap Step 1 Step 3 Remove cap and nozzle from CA bottle and discard Align Fluid Element Cap so it will slide into Bottle Holder. Bottle Holder Step 2 Step 4
Loading and Priming Pull gently on fluid tube to align it with the center of the rollers Step 5 Step 7 Remove fluid tube from holder Close Tube Slide and apply pressure to Tube Slide Step 6 Step 8 Tube Slide
Loading and Priming Clamp Tube Slide with Tension Pin by pulling pin and sliding over tube slide Select Dispense Tip and install onto Luer Fitting. Secure fluid line into holder by pushing into groove. Insure that the tip is secure by pushing against back wall of holder. Step 8 Tension Pin Step 10 Vent Tube Clamp Ensure Vent Tube is Clamped Priming the CA Volumetric Hand Pump Vent Tube Step 9 Step 11 Rotate Pump Priming Knob, 20 to 40 revolutions in the direction of the arrows, until product flows from bottle to dispense tip. The pump is now primed and ready to dispense.
Dispense Amount Step 12 6 - Dispense To set dose amount, pull trigger all the way back and hold Press Stoke Adjustment Knob in Keeping hold of the trigger, rotate Adjustment Knob to one of the six dose settings and release trigger Dispensing is achieved by squeezing and releasing trigger Best results are achieved by squeezing the trigger and allowing a drop to form on the dispense tip. Replacing Fluid Element Vent Tube Clamp Vent Tube Step 5 Pull gently on fluid tube to align it with the center of the rollers Pull gently on vent tube and place into groove. Clamp in place with Vent Tube Clamp Step 7 Close fluid Tube Slide on to fluid line and clamp in place by pulling the Tension Pin and sliding over the Tube Slide. Tube Slide Vent Side Tension Pin Close Tube Slide on to vent tube and clamp in place by pulling the Tension Pin and sliding over the Tube Slide. Step 6 Step 8 Figure 20
