The standard for more than 50 years. thyssenkrupp Infrastructure is one of the world s leading manufacturers of vibrators and drilling equipment. MÜLLER vibrators, designed and built by thyssenkrupp Infrastructure, have proven their worth in count-less specialized civil engineering projects over more than 50 years. Because of their proverbial reliability and decades of constant refinement they are the favored solution for especially demanding tasks around the globe. Our experts provide customers with specialist advice in the planning phase and support them with demand-oriented and tailored solutions during project implementation. We offer custom-designed and sophisticated equipment for example free-riding, excavator-mounted, or leader-guided vibrators to meet the demands of virtually any job.
MÜLLER excavator-mounted vibrator side gripper MÜLLER excavator-mounted vibrator side gripper. Excellent maneuverability, highly robust. MÜLLER side grippers are capable of picking up, positioning, and driving a pile in a single operation. This is a key advantage on space or height-restricted job sites, as conventional excavator-mounted vibrators clamp the pile on the top. MÜLLER side grippers can be mounted on almost any standard excavator without interfering with the excavator hydraulics. They are powered by the on-board hydraulics and controlled by the excavator s control levers. The advantages The MÜLLER excavator-mounted vibrator with tilt-rotating device and side clamp is ideal for applications with restricted side conditions It offers outstanding maneuverability, supreme reliability, and very easy handling The side clamp is mounted sturdily with very few moving parts and high clamping force It can be mounted on almost any standard excavator without interfering with the hydraulics thanks to an intelligent control block Vertical alignment is via an inclination measuring and display device. Made in Germany
MÜLLER excavator-mounted vibrator side gripper MÜLLER excavator-mounted vibrator side gripper. New: Now also available with side gripper-pipe clamp. The side gripper-pipe clamp is robustly constructed, has very few moving parts and is capable of exerting a very strong grip, ideal for the reliable lateral clamping of sheet steel pilings, soldiers and lightweight sections. It is quickly and simply exchanged for the new sidegripper-pipe clamp. The new side gripper-pipe clamp is capable of clamping pipes with diameters of approximately 200 to 630 millimeters. The unique design makes for clearly defined force application. It is a simple matter to support standardized MÜLLER MS-U 60/72 or MS-U 80/100 clamping devices and is suitable for a wide range of applications. The advantages The standard side gripper is robustly designed and quickly and easily interchangeable with the new side gripper-pipe clamp Without switching to the side gripper-pipe clamp, pipes can only be clamped by switching from//to dimensionspecific pincers Like all MÜLLER side grippers, it is available in one- and two-cylinder versions
MÜLLER VARIABLE excavator-mounted vibrator side gripper MÜLLER VARIABLE excavator-mounted vibrator side gripper. New: With resonance-free starting and stopping feature. With the variable adjustment feature, our all-rounders can now also be deployed in vibration-sensitive areas, such as in built-up urban areas or nearby historical buildings. The resonance-free starting and stopping feature causes an absolute minimum of ground vibration, which is good news for both the equipment and the environment. The machine does not cause vibrations when initially switched on. The advantages The innovative adjustment system is integrated in the compact design of the MÜLLER side gripper. The machine is therefore the ideal solution for work in vibrationsensitive areas or where working space is limited In the latest generation too, the proven technology of the MÜLLER side gripper offers the same excellent agility and outstanding reliability The variable MÜLLER side gripper is a genuine lightweight in its class
