RTD SBE Program The Kiewit I-225 team has developed a comprehensive plan for engaging RTD certified small business enterprises (SBE) and workforce initiative now (WIN) participants on the project RTD SBE Participation Goal for Kiewit is 25% SBE Categorical Goals were placed on the project to ensure all small businesses can compete Kiewit s SBE Commitment To-Date is 14.05% Kiewit is committed to awarding $87.5M in opportunities to SBE firms (per current contract amount) 82 SBE firms on the I-225 project to date, totaling approximately $49M Design, Construction, Professional and Consulting Services include the types of disciplines of SBE firms currently on the project 22

RTD Security RTD transports 300,000+ people while driving 150,000 miles each weekday Safety and security is number one priority RTD works with police in 40 municipalities RTD has 7,000+ cameras on light rail trains, platforms, Park-n- Rides, buses, etc. RTD s Security Command Center staffed 24/7; monitors video, emergency phones, Transit Watch calls and texts RTD has 6 internal police; 265 contracted police from Lakewood, Aurora, Denver; 100 armed uniformed Allied Barton security officers, 12 which patrol the W-Line on bike 24/7 RTD urges patrons to be vigilant.
