Introduction Wilbert is a German family-owned crane manufacturer in third generation and developed from a rental company to one of the leading specialists in tower cranes. Development and construction of state-of-the-art tower cranes are offered together with a full range of services: tailor made rental concepts, crane assembly and dismantling with own staff (riggers and supervisors), regular maintenance and 24 h customer service. Safety and quality is top priority all our processes meet ISO standards and are continuously controlled and improved. The Sarens Group, with its head office in Wolvertem, is an international company of Belgian origin, specialized in crane rental and engineering projects involving lifting and moving loads with exceptional sizes and weights. The family-owned business, currently active in over 50 countries, employs some 3.600 staff around the world, with a consolidated turnover of 550 million. This specialist of the extra-ordinary brings its broad gamut of cranes and other equipment worldwide into action within different industries such as oil & gas production, energy, petrochemicals, major civil projects and mining. A specialized wind division focuses on setting up wind turbines, both onshore and offshore. Since the start of 2012 Sarens and Wilbert formed a joint venture, WS Vermietung GmbH, to rent tower cranes with a range of 900-2400mt. The concept is to offer complete technical solutions by a mix of equipment: crawler cranes, wheeled mobile cranes and other types of lifting devices, specialised transport in conjunction with tower cranes that are the strongest of their type in Europe. Thus added value and greater efficiency will be created for the customer and safety will be further improved by the supply of highly qualified personnel. We are very much looking forward to working with you! WS Vermietung GmbH Franz Rudolf Wilbert, CEO Ludo Sarens, CEO Page 3

Why WILBERT crane concept modular system for considerable free standing heights and different jib lengths different base varieties available (railgoing or stationary portal, cross frame, foundation anchors) required area on the ground considerably small, also for mounting and dismantling many hooks available on small space for fast construction process crane operation possible up to 17 m/sec wind speed putting into operation and out of operation easily done by crane operator high hoisting speed of up to 200 m/min (depending on rope mode and number of hoist gears) shipment with standard trucks (no overload transportation) Page 27
