I. OPERATIONS 1.1 AC Power 100-240V AC, 50-60Hz. 1.2 Requirements Power Outlet: 100-240V @ 50-60 Hz (clean power requested - no power spikes or brown-outs) II. SYSTEM OVERVIEW 2.1 Main System Components The picture below, Fig. 01, shows the Recharge Station. Fig 01: Recharge Station III. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 3.1 Powering on the M16 Recharge Station 1. Insert the female end of a UL-listed 110V 3-prong power cord into the power recepticle as shown on Fig. 02. Install power cable here before plugging other end into wall outlet. 2. Turn on power to Recharge Station moving rocker switch into down position as shown on Fig 03. Move rocker switch into down position as shown here. At this point the fan should turn on. Fig. 03: Switch on power 3.2 Charging a Magazine 1. Next, on Fig. 04, insert an M16 magazine (specific to the air recoil kit) into one of the openings in the top of Fig. 04: Insert M16 magazine the guide block. 2. Once the magazine has been fully inserted a red light Light will illuminate RED while magazine is charging. Fig. 05: Charging Status PAGE 5
should shine through indicating that the M16 magazine is charging, see Fig. 05 to the right. 3. A green light, Fig. 06, will illuminate once the magazine is fully charged. GREEN light will appear indicating charging is complete. Fig. 06: Green light indicates a full charge IV. ISSUES In the event that any of the above listed action items for charging an M16 magazine cannot be performed due to malfunction of the Recharge Station unit please contact the VirTra service department (service@virtra.com) for assistance with troubleshooting and/or return/replacement of the unit.
