Florida State Law ATV operation while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance or any prescription or over-the-counter drug impairing vision or motor condition is prohibited.
Florida State Law No person under 16 years of age shall operate or ride on an ATV unless wearing a safety helmet meeting US DOT standards and eye protection.
