WK2Jeeps.com 2011-2013 - FASCIA, Front - Removal 1. Remove the plastic rivets (5) at each wheel well that secure the flares (1) to the fascia (4). 2. Release the clips and partially remove both front fender flares. 3. Remove the fasteners (3) that secure the wheel liners (2) to the fascia (4). 4. Remove the 1/4 turn fasteners (1) and separate the lower wheel liner from the fascia. 5. Remove the four lower retainers (4). 6. Release the integral latches at the wheel well openings (2) and the radiator grille assembly. 7. Disconnect the fog lamp electrical connectors (3), if equipped. Remove the fascia assembly (1).

2011-2013 WK2 - FASCIA, Front - Installation 1. Position the front fascia (1) and connect the fog lamp electrical connectors (3), if equipped. 2. Install the fascia, locking the integral latches at the radiator grille assembly and at the wheel well openings (2). 3. Install the four lower retainers (4). 4. Install the fasteners (3) that secure the wheel liners (2) to the fascia (4). 5. Position the front fender flares (1) and press in place, engaging the retaining clips. 6. Install new plastic rivets (5) to secure the fender flares. 7. Install the 1/4 turn fasteners (1) and secure the lower wheel liner to the fascia.

2011-2013 - Grille - Removal 1. Remove the front fascia assembly 2. Remove the two lower fasteners (3) that secure the radiator grille assembly (2) to the vehicle. 3. Pull up and release the four upper retaining tabs (1) across the radiator core support and remove the grille assembly. 2011-2013 WK2 - Grille - Installation 1. Position the radiator grille assembly (2) on the vehicle. 2. Press firmly across the top of the grille assembly and secure the four retaining tabs (1) to the radiator core support. 3. Install and tighten the two fasteners (3) at the lower corners of the grille. 4. Install the front fascia assembly.

2011-2013 WK - Headlamp Removal WARNING: To avoid serious or fatal injury when working on the High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamp system, be certain to take the proper precautions. The headlamp switch must be in the OFF position. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. There is a risk of fatal injury caused by contact with high voltage used in the HID headlamps. There is a risk of explosion or fire caused by highly flammable materials in the vicinity of damaged HID lighting elements. There is a risk of injury caused by exposure to Ultra Violet (UV) light, a risk of burns caused by high component operating temperatures, a risk of mercury poisoning through glass splinters produced by bursting HID lighting elements. There is also a risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of mercury vapors and by toxic salts and mercury compounds being ingested or coming into contact with the skin. Do not come into contact with parts that are under high voltage. Persons with active electronic implants (e.g. heart pacemakers) must never work on HID headlamps. Wear insulated safety shoes, safety glasses and protective gloves. Remove flammable materials and ensure sufficient ventilation in the working area. 1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. 2. If equipped, remove the right or left fender close out panel from the top of the fender ledge. 3. Remove the grille from the front of the vehicle. 4. Remove the three screws (3) that secure the two lower and the one upper front lamp unit (2) mounting brackets to the Front End Module (FEM) support structure (1). 5. Pull the lamp away from the front of the vehicle far enough to access and disconnect the FEM wire harness connections on the back of the lamp housing. 6. Remove the front lamp unit from the vehicle.

Position the front lamp unit (2) close enough to the front of the vehicle to reconnect the Front End Module (FEM) wire harness connections to the back of the lamp housing. 2. Position the lamp to the FEM support structure (1) on the front of the vehicle. 3. Install and tighten the three screws (3) that secure the two lower and the one upper mounting brackets integral to the lamp housing to the FEM. Tighten the screws to 7 N m (62 in. lbs.). 4. Reinstall the grille onto the front of the vehicle. 5. If equipped, reinstall the right or left fender close out panel onto the top of the fender ledge. 6. Reconnect the battery negative cable. 7. Confirm proper headlamp alignment.
