Try to connect with another device and check that the network is up and able to connect to the internet. Restart your Router Proceed to disconnect the line switch of the charger and wait one minute before reconnecting Check Cable Connections Open ports on your router To connect to the internet, your Wallbox Commander needs the following open ports: - TCP 80 Used for data transferring - UDP 123 Used for time synchronization Connect to a different Wi-Fi Network If you don t have another Wi-Fi network available, you can create a Wi-Fi network with your mobile phone. Try to create a new Wi-Fi hotspot connection with your mobile phone: To turn your phone on as a Wi-Fi hotspot: 1. Open your device's Settings app. 2. Under "Wireless & networks," tap More Tethering & portable hotspot. 3. Tap Portable Wi-Fi hotspot to switch it on or off. If you have put incorrectly or saved different passwords for the same Wi-Fi connection and having issues, it is advisable to restore your charger. Go to Settings -> System -> Restore Warning messages Your network supply is continuously checked in order to assure safety operation, if one of these parameters is not in range the charger will impede to energize the vehicle and it will show a message on the screen: Unavailability of the charging station (F): The available current on the selector is set to 0. If the selector is correctly set, proceed to disconnect the line switch of the charger and wait one minute before reconnecting No power to the charging station (E): disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle, proceed to disconnect the line switch of the charger and wait one minute before reconnecting 10/11
