The objectives of the AMC-campaign in Krakow increase the number of trips with PT use, increase the number of passengers satisfied with the PT operation, higher usage of an existing Internet information system for travel planning, improvement of the PT service during the campaign and creation of the foundations for infrastructure improvement in the future.

Next steps (January, February 2016): citizens audits - to collect information and create a report about the quality of pedestrian and bus stop infrastructure from the user s point of view (creation of the foundations for infrastructure improvement in the future), try-out PT rides (free of charge bus rides), ex- post evaluation.
