SPRAYERS Taking care of the usual main features of reliability and versatility of its sprayers, Nobili now offers new solutions that strengthen its leadership position. TRACTOR-MOUNTED MIST-BLOWER PDF Nobili introduces the new tractormounted mist-blower PDF equipped with a 300 or 400 l. tank with 550 mm fan or equipped with a 300, 400, 500 or 600 l. tank, in the version with 750 mm fan. Tanks all made of polyethylene with hand-washing tank. A circuit-washing tank, made of polyethylene is also available upon request. The new Nobili mist-blower is equipped with 51 or 70 l/min. pump, a gearbox with disengagement, roll over double nozzles with drop-stop, a 750 mm fan with variable pitch blades and a galvanised frame. The control unit is provided with pressure regulator. INTEGRAL CONTROL SPRAYER OKTOPUS RANGE O6P and O6T The Nobili range of integral control sprayers enriches with the Oktopus O6P and Oktopus O6T series. For the tractor-mounted version, this range offers 400, 500 and 600 l. tanks, and for the trailed one a 600 l. tank. Supplied with polyethylene hand-washing and circuit-washing tanks, the sprayer fits 80 l/min. pumps. The polyethylene back group equipped with two speeds plus neutral gearbox and with a 430 mm. diameter centrifugal turbine, feed the six spraying spouts provided with roll over double nozzles with drop-stop. Endowed with galvanised frame, the new 06P and 06T series have overall dimensions of particularly small size for the spraying on narrow rows. The machines are equipped with control unit with pressure regulator.
MULCHERS Nobili Co. is also the leader with mulchers, developing new models to meet any job requirements, for both cultivated and unsown surfaces as well as gardening works. VKM 125 MULCHER The consolidated range of Nobili VKM mulchers enriches with a new model, the VKM 125, a small but multipurpose and sturdy mulcher. Ideal for working on uneven and stony grounds thanks to its over-dimensioned components. Tractor-mounted machine that fits on the three point hydraulic linkage of the tractor, equipped with a mechanical side shift or a hydraulic side shift on request. With a working width of 1264 mm, this mulcher is equipped with a standard rotor at 8 rows provided with interchangeable knives 01, 012 or 06 type. An over-dimensioned rotor special model provided with knives 01S or 06S as well as a rotor forestry model with knives 06F type are available upon request. In working position it s supported by roller with removable bottoms or wheels that control the working height. Front wheels to keep a steadier working height are also available upon request. In working position the gearbox with free wheel as well as the double hood ensure great safety. Collection rakes to crumble the chopped product are also available upon request. This mulcher is constructed in compliance with EC Regulations.
RMS 560 and RMS 820 MULCHER The range of Nobili mulchers enriches with the Triturator RMS 560 and RMS 820, strong and multipurpose series, ideal for the shredding of straw, stalks of maize, sorghum, sunflower, rice straw, cotton and set-aside fields. Tractor-mounted mulchers that can be fitted to the tractor by the three points of the hydraulic lifter, with working widths of 5658 through 8217 mm. Particularly suitable for contractors. The rotors at 8 helical rows are equipped with interchangeable movable knives and overdimensioned bearings with swinging rolls. Endowed with specific devices to prevent the entering of dust and impurity. Constructed in compliance with EC Regulations, the RMS are equipped with return unit with free wheel inside the gearbox. Both mulchers are supported by steering wheels and skids of big dimensions. The RMS 820 model is the biggest mono-frame mulcher over the world. Equipped with rotor, pulleys and transmission with over-dimensioned belts provided with automatic tension. Upon request, this model is available with road transport unit and drawbar setting as well as wheel support completely hydraulic.
RM-P MULCHER The range of Nobili mulchers RM extends introducing two new folding models: Triturator RM 480 P and RM 610 P, with working width of 4817 and 6077 mm., respectively. Tractor-mounted mulchers that can be fitted to the tractor by the three points of the hydraulic lifter. Both projected for the shredding of straw, stalks of maize, sorghum, soya, sunflower, set-aside fields, cotton, rice straw and for contractor works in general. The independent swinging system of the two machine s half follows and perfectly adapts to uneven ground. The RM-P mulchers are provided with rotor at 8 helical rows with interchangeable knives, over-dimensioned bearings, belts, and transmissions. Equipped with return unit with free wheel inside the gearbox and opening hood for servicing, also hydraulically open upon request. Constructed in compliance with EC Regulations, the new mulchers RM 480 P and RM 610 P are supported in working position by steering wheels and side skids. In shut position the overall dimensions are less than 2550 mm., for the road transport with specific road signs available upon request.
TBA AND TBA-P HEDGE AND GRASS CUTTERS ARMS With its consolidated experience in the sector of mulchers, the Nobili Co. from Molinella (Bologna) has recently entered upon the sector of the hedge and grass cutters arms, introducing the two ranges TBA and TBA-P Professional. The TBA range is available in two models with horizontal reach of 4,20 and 4,70 m., respectively both provided with mechanical safety device. Whereas the TBA-P range includes three models with horizontal reach of 4,90 and 5,50 m., fitted upon pivot with hydraulic safety system. The HE version is characterized by the electro-hydraulic control unit of the two arm sections, operated by a hydraulic distributor at low pressure, ensuring the maximum precision of movements. The considerable capacity of the hydraulic circuit as well as the ergonomic shape of the monolever control unit afford the simultaneous combination of every movement. Both characterized by a solid structure as well as a wide equipment supplied as standard, the two ranges TBA and TBA-P Professional differ for several manufacturing particulars designed to fit the arms to varied applications. The cutting head is different in the two series: the TBA head is provided with rotor of 12,5 mm. thickness with double labyrinth at high protection, equipped with 36 Y-shaped knives for a working width of 1000 mm. On the contrary, the TBA-P is provided with an over-dimensioned rotor equipped with 60 Y-shaped knives for a quicker as well as more uniform cut. Moreover, both ranges are standard equipped with heat exchanger to allow high working rating in the heaviest conditions.
