AUSTIN CODE- REQUEST CODE OFFICER SR Vehicle Boats/RV s parked in driveway not shielded from view by 6 foot wood or masonry fence Mobile Homes/Trailers(including food trailers) on lawn /yard There must not be more vehicles stored in the driveway of a residence than there are licensed drivers. Additional vehicles must be in garage. If more vehicles are being stored at the residence (besides those in the garage), submit an Austin Code Request Code Officer SR. Issues with vehicles that are parked in the street should be reported to APD Non-Emergency. BICYCLE ISSUES SR Vehicles Parking on Bicycle Lane Issues It is legal to park in some bike lanes in Austin. To report illegal parking in a bicycle lane, a NO PARKING SIGN must be in place. The Bicycle Program now has the ability to go investigate and write tickets. They don't, however, have the ability to respond immediately and will not respond at all after regular working hours.
