MOTORRAD action team Perfection Trainings 2017 - Nürburgring Nordschleife For more than 30 years the MOTORRAD action team training has been standing for riding pleasure and safety on the exclusively hired Nürburgring Nordschleife. It is our goal to give you the perfect training experience on one of the most beautiful tracks in the world. The Nordschleife is the world s most legendary and longest one-way road. With its 20.8 kilometres in length and more than 73 curve combinations, the former racetrack offers anything a biker s heart desires. Ascents of up to 18% as well as a difference in height of just under 300 metres render the Green Hell attractive to many bikers and drivers on a national and international level. The reasons for booking a training with MOTORRAD action team are manifold. Training and riding have to be fun, otherwise they will lead to no success. This is why our training tracks will never be overcrowded, the groups will be of a manageably small size and our instructors professionally trained. This way, we can vouch for the best possible mentoring of every individual. The Perfection Training is no race training. + tracks hired exlusively + skilled instructors + small, manageable groups + no overcrowded track + own emergency doctor on-site + professional track safety measures + extensive service features + METZELER tyres at special conditions

Both will begin the day with our well-known section training, during the further training day the participants will be riding in groups, guided by our instructors. The group Einsteiger (novices) is also suitable for participants who have never been on the Nordschleife. Ring Könner (guided riding) Könner, this is experts, will start their day with guided time slots. Since 2015 we have not been offering a free practice. We will provide for instructors catering for every speed level and ask you for your understanding that we can only assign participants to the group Könner (experts) who have relevant riding experience on the Nordschleife.

Schedules of the Trainings You will have the possibility to register on the eve of the first training day, starting from 5 P.M. Our team will welcome you at the Dorint Hotel in May and at the Lindner Hotel in July. There, you will receive your participation documents (grouping, start numbers etc.) Participants arriving directly on the training day will be able to register at the entrance Nordschleife from 7 A.M. The scheduled starting time for both group Einsteiger (novices) and Aufsteiger (climbers) is at the access Neuen Zufahrt Nordschleife at 7.45 A.M. Both training days will end at 4:30 P.M. The Nordschleife can be last entered at 4:15 P.M. You will receive further information regarding the schedule approximately one week before the training. On the first evening we will meet at 8 P.M. for a welcome, followed by dinner at the Dorint or Lindner Hotel. On the second evening we will start with a presentation at the Dorint or Lindner Hotel at approximately 7 P.M., subsequently we will enjoy dinner together. On the last training day we will bid our farewells directly at the track, no dinner is scheduled at the hotel. Service Several services will be available during our perfection trainings. MOTORRAD action team will offer technical support by Werner & Werner and Eckis Rennsportservice. Small repair works or tyre changes can thus be done on-site right away. Our partner of many years, METZELER, is part of the team at every action team event at the Nürburgring Nordschleife. For spur-of-the-moment customers METZELER will keep suitable tyres in readiness at a special price. We recommend Metzeler Sportec M7 RR or Racetec RR for the Nordschleife. Öhlins will offer a chassis service, carrying out basic motorbike settings. Moreover, the Öhlins team will be pleased to assist you with further steps in your chassis optimisation. The specialist for helmets, X-lite, will also be in the paddock, offering their racetrack service and a lot of helmets. You will get the chance to test the latest X-lite helmets for free. On location, Wunderlich will present current modifications and a part of their extensive portfolio. Discover customised accessories for your BMW and ask for advice.

Riding Skills The events are not suitable for novice riders. The safe handling of a motorcyle has to be assured. Riding experience on the Nordschleife is the prerequisite for attending the training Ring Könner (experts). General Technical Provisions Your motorcycle has to have official approval for road service with the StVZO (German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations). Lights, blinkers and mirrors must not be masked or dismantled. The house rules by Nürburgring Betriebsgesellschaft mbh apply. At the Nordschleife, a noise limit of 98 db (A) is stipulated. Accessory exhaust systems can only be used if they have built-in db eaters. Racing exhaust systems are prohibited. Noise measurements are carried out via a transponder that is rented from the racetrack operator and is then given to the participant by way of lending for the participation in the training. The participant commits to handling the transponder with care and to handing it back to the organiser on completion of the training. He shall be liable to the organiser for damages to the transponder while it is in the possession of the participant as well as for loss of the transponder. The transponder s value is approximately 500. The participant shall also be liable for additional costs resulting from the late return of the transponder. The participant commits to depositing his driving licence with the organiser in exchange for the transpoder. The organiser will release the driving licence to the participant for riding on public roads (e. g. for refuelling the vehicle). Your motorcycle has to be in perfect technical condition. Please make sure beforehand that no lubricant of any type or other liquids will leak in the area around the engine. On top of arrival and departure the two riding days will add up to covering some 500 to 900 kilometres of the Nordschleife. So prior to the training please check that your tyre tread pattern is sufficient and the tyres have the correct air pressure. MOTORRAD action team recommends arriving with tyres in mint condition or having new tyres mounted on-site. Please allow for enough time. The tyres can only be mounted on the morning of the first riding day. Accommodation Hotel for the First Training in Aug. Additional liability provisions for rider trainings The German Road Traffic Act and the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations are not solely binding, especially when riding on non-public roads. The participants are called upon to ride responsibly. No insurance has been taken out by the organiser. A security check of the motorcycle prior to the event will not affect the validity of this liability waiver. Additionally, the following applies for race track trainings: The organiser is not liable contractually or non-contractually for damages of any kind incurred by the participant or damages arising from the training for him or third parties, unless the organiser, one of its employees or auxiliary persons act intentionally or in a grossly negligent way.
