Features and Benfits Feed Distribution Plate Mounted on top of the spider is a distribution plate This spreads the feed material around the cone crusher thus stopping feed segregation Prevents material bridging over the spider arms Hardox lined feed chute to guide material into the cone
Cone Access Around the cone are access doors These give maintenance access to the cone arm shields As on sticky material the arm shields should be checked/cleaned daily
Pressurised Cone Pressurised cone stops dust ingression into the cone bearings It does this by pumping air into the mainframe which is then forced out through the dust seal below the cone head This prolongs the bearing life All done by a 24 volt air pump with easy change filter
Cone Pressure System
Crusher Drive The Cone crusher is hydrostatically driven by a large Sauer Danfoss Motor mounted on to the crushers mainframe Short V belts eliminating belt slip and flapping Quick easy belt tensioning no need for moving the engine
Cone Supports The crusher is mounted independently from the chassis on a live frame The live frame is mounted on anti vibration mounts These absorb the crushing vibrations and stops any strain travelling thought the main chassis. The drive motor is also mounted to the live frame there for the drive belts and motor all move with the crusher Thus reducing the possibility of the drive belt jumping off during running and start up
Gap Setting Gap setting is done at the push of a button on the main control panel Quick on the fly adjustment of the C/S/S The whole cone and shaft assembly raises and lowers when changing the gap setting.
Concave Liner Profiles There are 6 liner options available for the CH430 cone 8 different throws varying from 16-36mm. As standard the crusher comes with EC MC MF EC @ 25mm Throw or MC @ 32mm Throw Making this one of the most versatile cone on the market today Able to suit any application C M F

Plant Conveyor
Dust Suppression Dust suppression environmentally friendly feature fitted as standard Dust suppression located At the top of the product conveyor as the material leaves the plant The product conveyor is 1000mm wide
Product Conveyor The conveyor can be lowered down hydraulically for any maintenance under the cone crusher Directly below the Cone crusher discharge the conveyor has impact bars which take the load of crushed material impacting the belt. These impact bar prolong the life of the belt by absorbing the force from the stone landing & reduces belt punctures.

Engine The QH330 (1080) is powered by a Caterpillar C13 Acert Tier 3 engine developing 440 HP (328KW) @ 1900 rpm. The engine compiles with all current emission laws The average fuel consumption is approximately 40-55 L/H Easy access for maintenance via three canopy doors
