DIRECTIONS From the B4042 Malmesbury to Royal Wootton Bassett road, take the turning signed to The Somerfords, about mid-way between Malmesbury and Brinkworth. In the centre of Little Somerford, turn right towards Great Somerford. On entering Great Somerford, continue past the war memorial and the Post Office. Take the next left turn signposted Broadfield Farm. From M4 Motorway junction 17, take the A429 Cirencester road in a northerly direction. Take the first turning right signposted to Great Somerford. INTRODUCTION TO SALE The sale is being conducted on behalf of Messrs E. F Porter & Sons, following their retirement from farming. The farm buildings complex has been identified for residential development and the land is being let out on a Farm Business Tenancy. The sale comprises all of the farm equipment off the farm. Outside entries from local farms have been included by kind permission. SALE NOTES Viewing: On Wednesday, 11th April from 2:00pm to 5:00pm and on the morning of the sale. Conditions: The sale will be conducted subject to the CAAV Model Machinery Conditions of Sale which are shown in full on our website and will be available at the sale office. All prospective buyers should ensure that they have read and understood those Conditions. The act of bidding will be taken as acceptance of them. Registration: All bidders will require a bidding number. Regular Customers were issued with a bidding number last Autumn, which will remain current for all remaining outside sales. Alternatively, please register your details prior to the sale at this office or at the registration desk at the sale field. Payment: All lots become the sole risk of the buyer at the fall of the hammer. The property in a lot purchased shall not pass to the buyer or be removed from the sale field until payment has been made for the full purchase price to the Auctioneers.
