VENTILATION AND SPRAYING : VENTILATION AND SPRAYING Air used is always clean. Air is drawn in from the back preventing the product being recycled. A pair of mudguards prevent mud splashing into the air intake pipes. An air filter with protective grills prevent foreign bodies being drawn into the air-stream. Fins direct on the air flow to maximise efficiency UNMATCHED SYMMETRY AND DISTRIBUTION OF AIR A crown of directional vanes work to produce as straight an air output as possible. Directional vanes are positioned at angles to produce a consistent blade of air without air pockets. The NICOJETS are positioned in the airflow to achieve the best penetration of spray whilst creating minimal air turbulence. Research by NICOLAS suggest that an angled blade of air is the best way of distributing product evenly onto trees. THE KNOW-HOW NICOLAS NICOJETS AND NICOLAS NOZZLES ARE OF EXCELLENT QUALITY NICOJETS anti-drop The NICOJET is an anti-drop double sided jet with numerous positions. Simply rotating the NICOJET allows you to change the dose per hectare from normal (VN) to reduced (VR). The NICOLAS nozzles are made from high performance ceramic material to ensure that the jet of spray is powerful enough to reach all levels of vegetation. The filters in the NICOJET and the anti-drop system assure low noise levels and superior reliability. THE KEY TO EFFICIENT REGULATION IS SIMPLICITY The NICOJETS are integrated into the channelled air to assure a perfectly even distribution of air and a consistent blade of air.
