Stock suspension. May run aftermarket springs, 5 in Diameter. Aftermarket A-frame on top side only, top mounts must be in stock location none adjustable. Lower A Frame must be stock for the car. Leaf spring cars shackles and blocks only. No lengthen of lower control arm stock length. No mono-balls in lower control arms front and trailing arms. Only rubber bushings. 6. #1 plug in line with top ball joint. No variance Intake allowed: Edelbrock Vortec 350 intake # 2716, Standard Chevy Intake Edelbrock intake # 2101, Mopar small block intake # 2176, small block Ford intake # 2105. Engine option #1 Nesmith sealed 602 with 4412 Holley 500 cfm two barrel. 1" spacer.030 tolerance. Street Stock Rules Engine option#2 Built Engine Bore and Stroke Can run forged piston 5/64 ring size. No light weight piston. A. Stock bore - +.060 maximum. B. Stroke - stock for CID of engine. Crankshaft may be aftermarket, must be stock appearing, and weigh no less than 48lbs. C. Rods: must be stock length for CID of engine. No light weight rods. D. Camshaft: 480 valve lift MAX Hydraulic flat tappet cam only. Will be measured on the cam. Standard firing order cam no 4/7 swap E. Carburetor-gas only. No E85. 500cfm 2bbl gauge legal with choke horn 1" adapter max.030 tolerance. $350 Claim on 2bbl carb or 100 swap 2bbl carburetor only. F. Intake: No porting or polishing. Only Dual plane cast or aluminum G. Compression: 180# maximum. Will be checked with all plugs removed and throttle wide open until needle stops. H. Heads: Stock heads and S/R heads. Must be stock diameter valves for engine being ran. Small Block Chevy 1.940 intake, 1.500 exhaust. Small block Ford 1.940 intake, 1.600 exhaust. May be aftermarket valves: solid steel only. Valve springs must be stock diameter. NO BEE HIVE VALVE SPRINGS ALLOWED. No porting, polishing, grinding, etc. May have pinned or screw in studs and guide plates. Roller rockers permitted stud girdle OK. I. Ignition factory type No ignition boxes no MSD. Ex HEI CHEVY. J. May run aftermarket oil pans. 7. Rear End - Locked rear ends only. Any factory type rear end. Must be mounted with stock replacement brackets for the car that it is under. Southwest Speedway or equal. May be floater axle. May use rear disc brakes, calipers and hubs, must be same as factory no alum. (Example: front GM can be used on rear.) REAREND must be in factory stock position. Mounting points shall be the same as the factory for the type of car that the rear end is being used under. No light weight components allowed in the drive train Top trail arms may be shortened for pinion angle. 8. Transmission - straight shift legal. Must have all gears and be produced by manufacturer of car. Automatics must have working torque converter. 9. Clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel must be steel factory type minimum weight of 34lbs with no tolerance. No modifications. May be aftermarket. 10 ½ minimum diameter clutch. 10. Shocks Steel body shocks. A claim price of $80.00 per shock. Front shocks may be mounted outside of bucket; rear shocks in same as stock location. Wedge bolts allowed 11. Brake pedals aftermarket OK in stock location firewall, floorboard mount ok. 12. Wheels - 10in steel wheel max. Bead Lock allowed on right rear and right front. ALL CARS MUST HAVE DRIVESHAFT LOOP 13. Tires - H500 Hoosiers or Ar Equivalent DOT 275 x 60 maximum street radials. Receive a 75 lbs weight break. No chemicals allowed. 14. Bodies - Must be full bodied cars or truck factory stock appearing only. Any fabricated body must have all body lines. No flat sides will be allowed. MUST HAVE FACTORY STEEL TOP, stock appearing nose piece, and rear must be closed in. MUST LOOK LIKE THE ORIGINAL CAR. Weight penalties will be added for violations to this rule. 50 pound min in front of firewall. K. Firewalls- Must be factory firewall and floor pan and must be in stock location. Must run to the rear of the drivers seat. Any patching must be 16 gauge metal. If you have a manufactured firewall it must be steel and you will be required to add 50lbs at the firewall. If you have a complete manufactured firewall and floor pan you must add 50lbs on each side of transmission a total of100lbs. IF YOU ADD WEIGHT FOR THIS IT IS ON TOP OF THE NORMAL WEIGHT AND MUST BE REMOVEABLE TO BE CHECKED. L. Floor board removed beside driver, add 50lbs on right side frame rail even with the transmission. 2
M. Decking if used must have access panels to allow inspection of interior. N. Spoiler - 8in. rear and sides. Two side spoilers max. O. Bumpers - No sharp edges. 15. Weight - 368 and under 3300 lbs. 369 + 3400 lbs. 16. Fuel tanks - A mandatory firewall between driver and fuel tank Fuel Cell or plastic style tank required. 17. Headers - No tri y or special performance headers, no 180 degree headers $300 claim price. 18. Frame section in front of A Frame mount and behind rear suspension mounts may be replaced with tubing due to rust or excessive damage. 19. All glass and flammable parts must be removed. 20. Roll bars - All cars must have a min 4 point roll cage. 4 bars on driver s side, 2 in passenger side. Cage Must be constructed in a safe manner to provide adequate protection in case of rollover. 21. 1" Lug Nuts Required 22. Safety - Must have working fire extinguisher, driver fire suit, helmet with shield, racing seat and belts in current date. Raceivers is MANDATORY!! 23. Mufflers are required 24. Track reserves the right to adjust rules to keep racing equal. 25. Any cars with setback cages and tube chassis for unibody cars that are tied together will have weight penalty of 100lbs will be added in front of upper control arms. Weight has to be painted with car number The 100lbs will be added to the regular 3300lbs. Total 3400lbs. 26. ANY TIME IN DOUBT ALWAYS ASK. 3

ALL BODIES MUST BE STOCK STYLE, HAVE BODY SEEMS, AND LOOK LIKE CAR BEING CLAIMED. NO RAISED QUARTER PANELS. DECK HEIGHT: 40 PRE-RACE WITH A 1 TOLERANCE GIVEN POST RACE ONLY, MEASURED FROM BOTTOM OF SPOILER TO THE GROUND. DECK WIDTH: MAXIMUM 64. NO FIBERGLASS SIDE BODY PANELS ANY WHERE. NO FIBERGLASS ROOF OR HOOD. BODY MUST NOT BE ANY WIDER (FROM SIDE TO SIDE) THAN 68 MEASURED AT DRIVER S COMPARTMENT (SEE BODY DIAGRAM B).
