The D Exacta Series is the result of many years experience acquired by SEKO BONO EXACTA in many application fields. Economical and reliable, with mechanical actuated diaphragm, this series is an ideal solution for industrial applications where chemicals have to be pumped safely at low pressure. A very low maintenance is one of the main reason to chose this models. It is in turn run by a IEC motor, which is standard in size, shape and electrical connections. The installed motors can therefore be three or mono-phase, and with powers measured according to the needs of the application. These pumps, in ATEX versions, can be used in classified areas. The D Exacta Series pumps adopt the principle of the eccentric with spring return to control the stroke variation and therefore the dosing of the pumped fluid. This principle is considered reliable, tested and simple to maintain. The flow rate of the pump can be done by: Manually with grip handle and graded vernier Electric servomotor with a 4-20mA signal and manual emergency adjuster Diaphragm dosing pumps are especially used where pressures are limited within 10 bar. The diaphragm used in our pumps is the result of research and development, in order to obtain the best volumetric capacity with the varying of pressure. The result optained is an optimal capacity and a long life span of the diaphragm itself. Just one model with different stroke lengths and diaphragm diameters, covers a flow rate up to 460 l/h. This kind of pumps with no leakages or fluid loss, are particularly oriented in keeping a better environmental condition on site. Power Supply 115/230V - single phase - 50 Hz - IP65 Locally lubrificated Manual emergency adjuster Regulation signal 4-20mA with reply signal Accessories Safety valves: Safety valves are installed to prevent dangerous situations in case of unexpected overpressure that can damage the pump and the pipes. Back pressure valves: To allow the correct operation of a pump and to prevent the flow-through (siphoning) of the process liquid, the discharge pressure should be greater than the suction pressure; when this condition is not respected then a backpressure valve can be the solution. Pulsation dampers: The reciprocating movement of the piston generates pulsations: during each stroke the liquid contained in the suction and discharge lines is accelerated from zero to the maximum speed and then decelerated to zero again. Pulsation dampers are the accessories suggested to reduce high and not permissible pressure fluctuations or to obtain a linearity of the flow. Calibration pots: The calibration pot installed on the suction line gives the possibility to check the actual flow rate of a metering pump in the real operating conditions. The capacity of the calibration pot should be as to permit a measurement during 60 seconds approx; the calibration pot should be installed in vertical position near the pump and should be fitted with check valve to simplify the use. innovation > technology > future
