Oil filter carts The Ayater Filter Cart provides a convenient portable mode of off-line filtration, flushing and fluid transfer. Use it with your in-plant machinery and hydraulic equipment to achieve and maintain proper ISO cleanliness levels. The Ayater pressure filters can provide coarse/fine particle removal or,install a water absorbing filter to obtain particulate and water removal.the suction filter is required to protect the pump. The powerful one horsepower motor won t bog down and when coupled with a gear pump, it provides efficient fluid transfer and filtration. Air-oil separator is made by the thin fiberglass,which Imported from HV & Lydall Company, haze air-oil mixture in compressed air would be almost filtered completely when go through the filter element. 2. Oil contained in compressed air is among 3~6PPm, haze air-oil granule in compressed air can be controlled below 0.1μm. 3. The quality of lubricant and environment have great influence on filter element of air-oil separator, service life of air-oil separator filter element is range from 3500h to 5200h, 4. The technology of industrial panel filter of gas turbines has improved significantly in recent years, due to improvements in the aerodynamics and fluid dynamics of the air-compressor part of the gas turbines.
