The display of load oent liiter integrates ain console and operation display syste, which clearly show the data of all operating superstructure conditions for lifting operation. High-quality key hydraulic coponents such as ain oil pup, rotary pup, ain valve, winch otor, and balancing parts etc. are adopted to achieve stable and reliable operation of the hydraulic syste. Superior operation perforance is guaranteed by accurate paraeter atching. Through the adoption of load sensitive variable displaceent piston pup, pup displaceent can be adjusted in real-tie, achieving high-precision fl ow control with no energy loss during operation. Electrical control valve has flow copensation and load feedback control function, enabling stable and convenient control of single action and cobined action under different operation conditions Winch adopts the electronically controlled variable otor to ensure high operation efficiency. Max. single line speeds of ain and auxiliary winches is up to 125/in. Slewing syste is equipped with the integrated slewing buffer valve with free slipping function to ensure ore stable starting and control of the slewing operation and excellent icro-obility. Hydraulic oil tank capacity: 686L. CAN-bus instruent: CAN-bus instruent with a cobined intelligent control electrical syste is used for easy reading of the traveling paraeters at any tie. The engine fault warning function is applied to ensure convenient and fast troubleshooting. With fully security protection syste, ain and auxiliary winches are equipped with overroll out liiter and height liiters to prevent over-rolling out and over-hoisting of steel rope, including tip-over and liit angle protection. Load oent liiter: The adoption of high intelligent load oent liiter syste can coprehensively protect lifting operation, ensuring accurate, stable and cofort operation. I/O interface is added to the display of superstructure which could show the condition of the crane very soon. The fault diagnosis syste can detect superstructure electricity, hydraulic action, chassis (for ajor safety failure), engine and gearbox for fault to ensure reliable operation of the crane. Dead-weight luffing provides ore stable luffing operation at low energy loss. Luffing angle: -2 ~ 80. Hoisting syste Safety syste Counterweight Cab The adoption of pup and otor double variable speed control ensures high effi ciency and excellent energy saving functionality. With perfect cobination of winch balance valve and unique anti-slip technology, heavy load can lift and lower soothly. Closed winch brake and winch balance valve effectively prevent ibalance of the hook. One ain hook: 610Kg, one auxiliary hook: 90Kg, and the Max. lifting height are 60t and 5t. Wire rope of ain winch: left-handed wire rope 18-35W 7-1960 L220. Wire rope of auxiliary winch: left-handed wire rope 18-35W 7-1960 L130. Load oent liiter: Load oent liiter calculation syste based on lifting load echanical odel is established using an analytical echanics ethod with rated lifting accuracy up to ±3% through on-line non-load calibration, providing full protection to lifting operation. In case of overload operation, syste will autoatically issue an alar to provide safety protection for anipulation. Hydraulic syste is configured with the balance valve, overflow valve and two-way hydraulic lock etc. coponents, thus achieving stable and reliable operation of the hydraulic syste. Main and auxiliary winches are equipped with over roll-out liiter to prevent over rolling-out of wire rope. Boo and jib ends are equipped with height liiters respectively to prevent over-hoisting of wire rope. Boo head is equipped with aneoeter and press sensor to indicate the working condition of whole crane in real-tie, giving an alar and cutting off the dangerous action autoatically. Fixed counterweight is 4600kg, flexible counterweight is 3000kg. Chassis Cab is ade of new steel structure self-developed by SANY, featuring excellent shock absorption and tightness, which is configured with swing-out doors at both sides, pneuatically suspended driver s seat and passenger seat, adjustable steering wheel, large rearview irror, cofort driver chair having a headrest, anti-fog fan, air conditioner, stereo radio, coplete control instruents and eters and the sleeper providing ore cofortable, safe, and huanized operation experience. Telescopic syste Five-section boo is applied with basic boo length of 11.3, full-extended boo length of 43.5,jib length of 16 and lifting height of fully extended boo length of 43.7 respectively. Max. lifting height is 60 including jib. It is ade of fine grain high-strength steel with U-shaped cross section and with telescopic operation controlled independent by dual- cylinder rope. Carrier frae Designed and anufactured by SANY, anti-torsion box structure is welded by fi ne-grain high-strength steel plate, to provide strong load bearing capacity. Copared to the trenchshaped structure, the box structure is 78% higher in anti-torsion and 28% higher in antibending, the rigidity and bearing capacity are iproved a lot as well. Slewing syste 360 rotation can be achieved with Max. slewing speed of 2.0r/in. Electrical controlled proportional speed adjustent is applied to provide stable and reliable operation of the syste. Unique rotary buffer design ensures ore stable braking. Axles Engine Axles 3 and 4 are drive axles and axles 1 and 2 are steering axles. The use of welding process for axle housing provides stronger load bearing capacity. STC600S TruCk Crane STC600S TruCk Crane INTRODUCTION DIMENSION Chassis Gearbox: Manual gearbox is adopted with 9-gear and large speed ratio range applied, which eets the requireents of low gradeability speed and high traveling speed. Transission shaft: With optiized arrangeent of the transission shaft, the transission is stable and reliable. For ost optiized transission, face-tooth coupling transission shaft is used with large transission torque. Brakes syste Air servo brakes are used for all wheels with dual-circuit brake syste applied, engine is equipped with an exhaust brake. Brakes syste includes traveling brake, parking brake, eergency brake and auxiliary brake. Traveling brake: All wheels use the air servo brakes and dual-circuit brake syste. Parking brake: Force driven by accuulator is applied on the third to fourth axle. For eergency brake, accuulator is used not only for cutting-off brake but also for eergency brake. Auxiliary brake is exhaust brake with brake safety ensured while travelling downhill. Steering syste 19 14 00 2650 1450 4200 1350 The axle 1&2 adopt the plate spring suspension systes and the axle 3&4 adopt rubber suspension and V-shaped thrust lever with over 100,000 fatigue tests to ensure strength and also to provide cofort ridding. 6000 Hydraulic power echanical steering systes are applied for axles 1 and 2 with unloading valve installed in the steering gear. Outriggers Four-point supporting of the H-shaped outriggers ensures easy operation and strong stability with ax. span up to 6 7.2. They are ade of fine-grain high-strength steel sheet with horizontal single-cylinder rope line telescoping for first and second outriggers. Vertical cylinder of outrigger adopts bi- directional hydraulic locks to iprove safety.
