Rhino EFD Bulk Unloader Packages Description See Figure. The Rhino EFD Pail and -Gallon Drum Bulk Unloader Packages consist of the following major components: Pump () Controls () Frame () Follower Plate Module () Mastic Regulator (0) NOTE: Refer to the applicable manual included with the Rhino EFD Package for detailed information about each component. The size of the material outlet port () is / SAE, 0, / UNF B thread. The adapter () and reducer fitting () decreases the size of the material outlet port to accept standard /-in. high-pressure hoses with /-in. JIC swivel-nut connections. Straight () and elbow () connectors are included with the Rhino EFD Package for material hose connections. The Mastic Regulator (0) is an air-operated regulator that is used with mastic or semi-solid materials. It has a : material-to-air ratio. The 0-0 psi regulator () controls the supply air input. Contact a local Nordson representative if you have questions regarding installation of this equipment. WARNING: Allow only qualified personnel to perform the following tasks. Follow the safety instructions in this document and all other related documentation. NOTE: Straight and elbow connectors are included with each package for connecting the material hose to the material outlet port. The /-in. high-pressure material hoses are system-specific and are not included in these packages.. Connect the material hoses and supply air line as shown in Figure..
