1.0 INTRODUCTION Each CB balance comes with 2 x AA batteries included. There is a choice of three capacities, each with three weighing units including grams, pounds and ounces, selectable by a Units key (grams only if the Mode key is not enabled). The bright backlit display enables operation in any degree of light, and the 304 grade stainless steel top pan offers protection against most materials and liquids. With easy calibration through the keypad the CB ensures correct and accurate weighing at all times. Always position the balance on a steady and level surface before use. Use the levelling feet and bubble indicator to adjust the balance to level. The display EEEE indicates that the balance has been overloaded or damaged. The display Lo or flashing battery indicator symbol indicates that the batteries must be changed. Remove the cover on the underside of the balance to fit new batteries. 2.0 KEY OPERATIONS Power on/off key. Weighing mode selection key (if enabled) g, oz or lbs. Zero key is used to zero the balance or remove the weight of an empty container. 1
3.0 CALIBRATION To calibrate the balance follow the instructions below. I. Turn on the scale and zero it. II. Press and hold MODE and 0 keys together for about 5 seconds until the display shows internal codes value. III. Press MODE key once, the display will show CALL [xxxx], (where xxxx is the full capacity weight value). IV. Load calibration weight as per the displayed value, and the scale will be automatically calibrated. After calibration, the scale will return to normal weighing mode. WARRANTY INFORMATION Adam Equipment offers Limited Warranty (parts and labour) for the components failed due to defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty starts from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, should any repairs be necessary, the purchaser must inform its supplier or Adam Equipment Company. The company or its authorised Technician reserves the right to repair or replace the components at any of its workshops depending on the severity of the problems. However, any freight involved in sending the faulty units or parts to the service centre should be borne by the purchaser. The warranty will cease to operate if the equipment is not returned in the original packaging and with correct documentation for a claim to be processed. All claims are at the sole discretion of Adam Equipment. This warranty does not cover equipment where defects or poor performance is due to misuse, accidental damage, exposure to radioactive or corrosive materials, negligence, faulty installation, unauthorized modifications or attempted repair or failure to observe the requirements and recommendations as given in this User Manual. Additionally rechargeable batteries (where supplied) are not covered under warranty. Repairs carried out under the warranty does not extend the warranty period. Components removed during the warranty repairs become the company property. The statutory right of the purchaser is not affected by this warranty. Hay tres selecciones de capacidades, cada una con tres unidades de pesaje incluyendo gramos, libras y onzas, seleccionables por la tecla "Units" (gramos, sólo si la tecla "Mode" no está habilitada). La pantalla retroiluminada brillante permite la operación en cualquier grado de luz, y su plato de acero inoxidable grado 304 ofrece protección contra la mayoría de los materiales y líquidos. 1.0 OPERACIONES PRINCIPALES Tecla de apague. Tecla de selección de modo de pesaje (si está habilitada) - g, onza o libra. Tecla Cero se utiliza para poner a cero la balanza o eliminar el peso de un contenedor vacío. 3.0 CALIBRACIÓN Para calibrar la balanza siga las siguientes instrucciones. I. Encienda la balanza y la pone a cero. II. Pulse y mantenga pulsado al mismo tiempo las teclas Mode y Zero por aproximadamente 5 segundos hasta que el display indique valor de los códigos internos. III. Pulse la tecla Mode una vez, el display indicará CALL [xxxx], (donde xxxx es el valor máximo del peso total de la capacidad). IV. Cargue la pesa de calibración de acuerdo con el valor indicado, y la balanza se calibra automáticamente. Después de la calibración, la balanza vuelve al modo de pesaje normal. 1.0 INTRODUCTION Chaque balance CB est livrée avec 2 piles de taille AA prêts à l emploi. Il y a un choix de trois capacités ayant chacune trois unités de pesage comprenant les grammes, ounces et les livres sélectionnables par la touche Units (les grammes seulement si la touche Mode n est pas activée). L écran lumineux rétro éclairé permet un fonctionnement dans toutes les conditions d éclairages et le plateau en inox 304 offre une protection optimale contre la plupart des matériaux et liquides. Avec le calibrage accessible via le clavier la CB assure une pesée précise et correcte tout le temps. Placez toujours la balance sur une surface stable et de niveau. Utilisez les pieds réglables et le niveau à bulle pour installer la balance. L écran affiche EEEE lorsque la balance a été surchargée ou endommagée. L écran Lo ou le symbole de batterie qui clignote indique que les piles doivent être remplacées. Retirez le couvercle du compartiment des piles sous la balance pour y ajouter les nouvelles. 2.0 FONCTIONS DES TOUCHES Allumer / Eteindre. Sélectionne l unité de pesée (si activé) g, oz ou Lbs. La touche zéro est utilisée pour remettre la balance à zéro ou bien accomplir la tare d un récipient vide sur le plateau.
3.0 CALIBRAGE Pour calibrer la balance, suivez les instructions suivantes: I. Allumez la balance et faite le zéro. II. Appuyez et maintenez les touches Mode and 0 ensemble pendant environ 5 secondes jusqu à ce que l écran affiche la valeur des codes internes. III. Appuyez sur Mode une fois, l écran affichera CALL [xxxx], (ou xxxx correspond à la valeur de la masse de la capacité maximale). IV. Mettre la masse de calibrage correspondante à la valeur affichée sur le plateau, et la balance se calibrera automatiquement. Après que le calibrage ait été accompli, la balance retournera au mode normal de pesage.
