These procedures should not be attempted by do-it-yourselfers. NOTE: This advance cargo net cannot be installed with the cargo liner or interior bicycle attachment. Installing the Hooks 1. Using a small flat-tip screwdriver, push and release the seat belt lower hook from each third row seat. 2. Fold down the third row seats. 5. Using a felt-tip pen, measure and mark two locations on the masking tape attached in step 3. LEFT REAR SIDE PANEL FELT-TIP PEN 19 mm 96 mm 215 mm 3. Attach the masking tape along the outer edge of the third row seat back board as shown. 4. Using a felt-tip pen, measure and mark two locations on the masking tape attached in step 3. RIGHT REAR SIDE PANEL 6. While wearing eye protection, drill at the marked locations with a 3 mm drill bit and then with a 5 mm drill bit then drill through the hard board and sheet metal. To prevent damage to the inner vehicle parts, wrap tape around the drill bit away from the tip as shown. FELT-TIP PEN 96 mm 19 mm 215 mm 25 mm 3 mm 5 mm BIT 10 mm 10.5 mm BIT 7. Drill at the marked location with a 10.5 mm drill bit. 8. While wearing eye protection, drill at the marked locations with a 3 mm drill bit and then with a 5 mm drill bit then drill the hard board and sheet metal. To prevent damage to the inner vehicle parts, wrap tape around the drill bit away from the tip to the root as shown. 11. Using a felt-tip pen, measure and mark on the masking tape attached in step 10. FELT-TIP PEN SEAT BACK BOARD 98 mm 37 mm 9. Remove masking tape. 3 mm 5 mm BIT 12. Using a felt-tip pen, measure and mark on the masking tape attached in step 10. FELT-TIP PEN 10. Fold down the second row seats. Attach the masking tape on the second row seat back board as shown. 13. While wearing eye protection, drill at the marked locations with a 3 mm drill bit and then with a 5 mm drill bit then drill through the hard board and sheet metal. To prevent damage to the inner vehicle parts, wrap tape around the drill bit away from the tip to the root as shown. 16. Assemble the four self-tapping screws on the four anchors B. 4 ANCHORS B 4 SELF-TAPPING SCREWS 14. Remove masking tape. 3 mm 5 mm BIT 15. Assemble the two self-tapping screws on the two anchors A (Large). 17. Install the two anchors A (Large) on the third row seat back board into the holes made in step 7. 4 ANCHORS B (Large) (Large) ANCHOR A, ANCHOR B ANCHORS B Position the anchors in the same ways. Installing the Advance Cargo Net Position 1 19. Fold down the third row seats. Position 2 21. Fold the advance cargo net and secure it with two buttons. 2 LOOPS 2 BUTTONS (Large), 4 LOOPS 20. Attach six loops on the advance cargo net to two anchors A (Large) and four anchors B on the second and third row seat back board. 22. Attach five loops on the advance cargo net to two anchors A (Large), two anchors B and hook on the third row seat back board. HOOK LOOP (Large), 4 LOOPS 2 HOOKS 2 LOOPS 23. Position 3 24. Attach four snaps onto the advance cargo net as shown. Position 4 27. Attach two snaps onto the advance cargo net as shown. 4 SNAPS 2 SNAPS 25. Fold down the third row seats.
